Booked an appointment for my daughter and I as I suspected thrush but required confirmation.Was called previous to appointment for a potential cancellation on their end. Called back and explained that we both had a fever 1.5 days prior and was told to wait a few minutes as he would call clinic to verify if we could be seen but offered advice twice that "we should stay home instead and figure it out ourselves". Advise like this in my opinion could lead to serious health risks and should never be offered as advise. P.S. he never called back to confirm my appointment so I went elsewhere.

Today was my first visit to the clinic. My nurse was Maegan; personable, knowledgeable and most efficient, and obviously a person who enjoys the profession. When I rate I always start with the highest rating and deduct for deficiencies and for me there were none. I was attended to quickly, the premises was extremely clean and well maintained, located perfectly for a large sector of the Cornwall population, free parking and absolutely anything you need to purchase while there is certainly at hand. If you are in need of medical assistance I highly recommend this location.

Very friendly reception and nursing staff. I came in sweating out a fever, drenched and looking like a crazy person and they didn't even bat an eye. Treated me very kindly. The wait actually wasn't too long at all, I think I waited maybe 1.5hrs to be brought in, another 10 mins for the nurse's assessment and connecting to the doctor via videoconference. The doc knew right away what I needed and had me out of there in another 5 minutes. So total visit time probably just under 2 hours, very very reasonable when you compare it to a 4-8 hour hospital wait time. Definitely the shortest wait time I've ever had for a walk-in clinic. Highly recommend this place if you're too sick for just bed rest/home remedies, but not quite sick enough for the emergency room.

Have not waited longer than 30 minutes in the waiting room (albeit, not a peak time) and staff is so friendly. They have multiple doctors that they can call and really make sure you feel comfortable about what's being spoken about. Such empathetic nurses.

The staff that work at this location are wonderful! Caring and efficient. However I found the doctor to be rude and impatient. I was not able to ask questions..got cut off at every sentence. An overall not very enjoyable experience. However the wait time was short, I may return but it won't be my go to clinic.
