Probably the worst clinic to try to phone and get through. I've spent hours trying to get through. Finally someone answers and hangs up on me mid conversation!!!! She had my file open, knew my name and still never tried phoning me back after disconnecting with me for no reason. It is a very painful experience being involved with this clinic.

Both Ingleside and Morrisburg offices are great offices. Clean and tidy and both run very well.

We have had only good experiences with Dr.Luhovy and Nurse Morgan (she is always so friendly and always remembers us!). There is sometimes a wait even though you have a scheduled appointment, but that is not totally unheard of...doctors run behind, it happens. Also, I have not personally had a bad experience but there is a particular receptionist (younger, blonde hair, glasses) who does seem to come across a but snarky and rude to some patients at the front desk. The one time I was there, this poor little old lady approached the counter and , God forbid, did not take a number...receptionist gave this huge dramatic speech about how busy she was with work behind the counter and that's why they have the number system...made the lady take a number just to call her back up 2 seconds later (was almost like she wanted to make a point). This was not the first time I have seen attitude from said receptionist towards patients...I figure in this area the majority of their patients are seniors who may be less orientated or who's eyes don't work like they used to (hence do not notice the wee-little sign that says you take a number) Also I agree with a previous comment that it seems hard to get someone on the phone at times.

Doctor is amazing! But giving 3 stars because everytime I call to make an appointment I’m on hold for 20-30 mins to speak to a receptionist

Office is clean. Dr Waite is good, however I call to book for my elderly inlaws and I'm on hold for usually no less than 15 minutes. Her secretary is hard-pressed to give times of same day seperate appointments and is not clear on what needs to be brought with them in terms of medication that has to be administered by nursing staff.
