This revealed a simplicity at the end. In my case it was a constellation of symptoms of physical and emotional trauma, depression and bipolar. It might not be the cheapest option in the short term but I believe in the long term we acquire the solutions to our individual health challenges and end up saving time and money. Began going to the clinic to see Kylie and Dr Noor in June after I landed in emergency with excessive abdominal pain. As someone suffering with chronic Lyme, I’m often told that I need to learn to live with my symptoms and sadly that is what I was expecting to hear! Instead, I was told no one should live in pain or discomfort from illness and they would work with me to get me feeling better! In 3 short months I’ve seen a drastic improvement and haven’t had any bouts of pain! We’ve worked on my energy levels and I’m napping much less (and sometimes not at all)!! Where do I begin? For the past four years I have been seeking medical support for a gut issue that has been causing me pain and discomfort. I reached out to Dr.Noor Kuraishi in December of 2020. I was feeling exhausted, had brain fog, forgetful, overwhelmed, irritable, difficulty losing weight, to just name a few issues. I was able to meet with her quite quickly and discuss all that was concerning to me. After that first meeting , I felt she heard me and was in agreement there were things to be concerned about. Dr. Noor Kuraishi was confident and prepared a plan. Part of the process was healthy food choices and I was able to meet with Kylie Jurchuk, the nutritionist, who guided me on a path to making healthier choices and supporting me through cooking ideas especially with a family, shift work, and a horribly busy sports schedule. They are your cheer leaders and are there when you take a step backwards. They also were supportive and successful with my 11yrs old daughter who I was having similar concerns about. Both of us are now on the right track because of epione health.
