Best dentist I have ever been treated by. He really seems to care about his patients. I would reccomend him to anyone who go to the dentist or who hasn’t seen a dentist In awhile. He will put you at ease and help you in every way he can. Dr steve is exceptional!very friendly and helpful

Recently had a cleaning and dental check up. As someone who has a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, I was worried. However Nancy, at the front, reassured me and took care of billing my insurance directly. Lois, my hygienist, was patient and kind throughout the procedure allowing me to take as many breaks as I needed. Dr. Ray, the dentist, came in at the end and did a quick exam and his bedside manner was impeccable. 5 out of 5 service; would highly recommend!

Dr. Ma is a wizard at extractions. He's removed all my wisdom teeth so far, no need for sedation, 20 minutes in and out. Everyone is so friendly here, I've never had any problems. When people say they hate the dentist, I really can't relate because mine is great. :)

Have to say thank you to the wonderful staff. Broke a piece of my lower back tooth. Called in the morning and left a message. Got a call back right away. Booked me in same day and said if anything opens earlier they would let me know. Went in waited 5 mins then they called my name. They took a look and did what they needed to do. I was in the building for maybe 30mins. Walked out with a fixed tooth, not that bad of a bill and a smile!!! thank you again!

The worst receptionist ever!! I explained my situation- tooth broke filling fell out and nerves are exposed. Been through 3 bottles of motrin and can't take the pain anymore. They just came back from holidays. First she asks if I could come in now. Yes! Then it was can you come in tomorrow at 8:45am. Yes! Thank you so much! Then she calls me back to say "well you know we just came back from holidays so how about I give you a call sometime throughout the day tomorrow to come in if we get a cancellation." I said "I thought you were having me come in before you even open so that works better for everyone?" She said "Excuse me?" That insulted her for some reason. I asked how would she even know if there will be cancellations? She said she doesn't know and doesn't have a crystal ball. I asked if I could come in right now like she previously suggested. She said no because the dentist was getting ready to leave. I said " you just told me that you guys are booked right up but the dentist is leaving now when it's closed at 6pm? .. it's 4pm right now. "Excuse me?" She said again.. well now I might not find a spot for you tomorrow if you're going to talk to me like that. Like what? Asking questions because you keep changing everything you say.. she literally lied to me but has the audacity to feel insulted when I question it!?! She was laughing at me! I'm crying telling her the pain is so bad that I want to shoot myself and she's laughing at me! Then says I'm yelling, are you kidding me? You have laughed at me numerous times playing with the idea whether or not if you're going to help me.. of course my voice is raised I'm in pain and you're laughing at me saying you don't know if you're going to call me tomorrow now. THAT IS ABUSE! I told her that I wouldn't wish this pain on my worst enemy. There was no compassion, she was truly disgusting in the way she behaved. I'm making certain that everyone knows about her conduct. I don't want this happening to anyone else.
