Im impressed. Started out on the wrong foot, but i believe one of the owners went out of his way to explain and help me at no cost. He was knowledgeable on the product and called phonak to be sure of everything. Misunderstandings happen, but going that mile to make sure client understands what happened is worth a lot.

Although I am not a client I would like to say I was blown away by the service Heather gave me today, in a less than ideal situation. I brought in my friends hearing aids for repair and she took care of me. You see when I arrived at the same time as another client she acknowledged me and him right away with a smile and was very friendly, despite being mis treated by another client. She remained professional and In control, where many would have fallen apart. My friends hearing aids were fixed promptly. Thank you Again and Job well done.
