Caring staff and doctor. Quick to respond one night when we had to use the emergency after hours line (dog was having a seizure with brain swelling and probably wouldn't have made it through the night if we didn't get treatment right away, but they met us within 20 minutes)

VERY FRIENDLY CARE. However, when I got my dogs thyroid levels tested, they didn't advise me to wait 4-6 hrs after he took his morning pill... My other vet always makes me... I have called them they said it does not matter, and the test is accurate but I have called other vets and had 4 different vets tell me they need to wait for the meds to taper to get an accurate reading... Waste of my money. Very unimpressed. Friendly care doesn't make up for inaccurate testing. I will gladly wait the wait times at my regular vet in the future.

They take care of your pet very well. Advice , meds , food and follow up to keep pet healthy. Also euthanizing the pet is cheaper here if required. Mass burial is better than taking pet home to burry.

Staff is absolutely amazing. We had an after hours problem with our Toy maltese and Dr.Dan called us back rigt away and helped us through it. Tracy is always able to answer any questions also that we may have. Highly recommended.

I called to check the appointment time at 9:50 am. They told me they called me all day yesterday (they must have had the wrong number). The appointment was at 10 so I said sorry and that I'd try to get there as fast as I can and they said that would be okay. When I get there and step out of the car, I was asked if I had an appointment. I said yes and that I am late (by 18min) and that it was for 10 and that I had called. I was then told that they can't take anyone who is late and turned away from me and would not respond when I asked why they didn't tell me before on the phone before I left to not bother wasted my time. I wouldn't even be upset if they had told me before leaving that they wouldn't accept lateness and to reschedule but none of that. I forced the cat into a unnecessary car ride. Any time I have had to interact with them they have been extremely rude with the way they talk and their tone. Will never give them business I don't deserve to be talked to rudely when paying for a service.. super unprofessional.
