I had a fantastic experience here. I have a giant fear of the dentist, but this excellent. I had to get my wisdom teeth out, and the dentist was great and talking me through what he was doing and how it would happen. They were very under of me being nervous and went beyond to make sure I was comfortable. My suggestion to anyone getting dental work, bring some music. After a few minutes, I forgot where I was. Thanks so much!

although they were fast at booking me an appointment to get seen soon for my tooth i really didn't have the best experience getting my root canal done. I informed the dentist that i am hearing impaired and will need them to speak up when communicating because i took my hearing aids out to prevent ringing in my ears from the drills (i am still able to hear with out them but i struggle with the mask and being unable to lip read). I struggled to hear and thanks to the dental assistant she was helpful at repeating everything for me. In the mean time during my procedure they inform you to put your left hand up when you feel pain, well, don't bother because the dentist will just continue till you are literally grabbing the arm chairs and crying in pain. I understand i was receiving a root canal and the procedure can possibly be painful but i feel that there has to be a better way at not continuing the procedure to the extend where I have to almost scream and grab the arm rest to tell him to stop and freeze me more, and at least a moment to collect myself. I want to be clear when i say everyone else and even the dental assistant were very easy going and helpful however this review is mainly towards Dr. Kirpal, Abhishek. I will not be returning

Brought my son in for a consultation, the dentist counted his teeth and charged me $190 upfront which my insurance company refuses to reimburse because the office submitted it as a full patient examination. What a rip off! Even if we decided to go forward with full sedation, we wouldn’t go near this dentist again!

I had a call from this place in November and I made an appointment For December 11th in order to get something looked at. This is a referral from my dentist. They did not tell me there would be a fee till today, the day BEFORE my appointment and during the holiday season. When I told them we would have to reschedule Vanessa (the girl who called to confirm) told me they couldn't because the doctor is only in the office once a month and they don't know when he will be in next. I feel bad for anyone who has a imminent need to get anything done here because this surprised cost is not fair.

I was extremely pleased with my experience. I had to get one of my wisdom teeth removed and it went even better than I ever could have expected. The dental surgeon and assistant were SO nice, which made me feel a lot more at ease. Moreover, I don't have dental insurance, so I had to get a quote for how much it would cost - and I really appreciated that it ended up being that exact price (and that there were no additional charges).
