I do not understand some of the negative comments regarding the doctors receptionist. I tell you..they should be pulling their hair out with me alone...i have several health issues and am there a lot..and each and every time I have been there the receptionist has gone above and beyond to make everyone comfortable..even thou there were a few rude people that I have seen..the receptionist always stayed professional. She has calmed my nerves when I was worried about certain tests and has gone out of her way to ease the stress I have felt. Everyone can have a bad day...including me ...and I think it is unfair to judge someone on one visit...i know I have had bad days where I couldn't even stand myself and everyone at that office still treated me with care and respect. Thank you Dr. Hussain and staff for giving us the best office with the best and fastest friendly service. .Cornwall needs you all ????

Dr Hussain is Best Doctor in Cornwall area. Very kind and Gentle. He listen your problems so carefully and finds you the best medicine. Fast service not much waiting time. Nurses are also very friendly. Highly recommended to all Cornwall Community.

Waiting time was about 30 minutes on a Friday morning. Free parking. Acceptance of walk-in is one hour before closing. Sometimes the clinic would close on Saturdays, better call before going to avoid disappointment. A kids corner as well.

Dr. Hussain is easy to talk to; approachable. He allows you to voice your concerns. Wait times are minimal excluding Walk-ins, I am a registered patient. The facility is clean and bright with parking.

Receptionists were very friendly and helpful, the facility was clean and the wait time was less than a half hour. My issue was, my concerns regarding my sons health were completely ignore by the “doctor”. He checked over my son for less than a minute, didn’t ask a single question about symptoms and cut me off when I was explaining them, and sent us home with nothing more than a condescending “It’s just a cold.”

I went to second street walk in clinic today. I was served by the receptionist, and told to go sit down after explaining why I was there. I notice that about 6 people who came after me we're called. This was after an hour and a half of waiting. My baby's patient, but she was starting to get irritable. So I touched base with the receptionist. She gave a smart answer saying that if I wasn't served YET then I definitely wasn't in the list of people to go next. She asked me for my health card, then I asked if I was next since I waited longer than usual and was supposed to be next at least 6 people ago. She replied: no you'll have to wait until everyone who came recently have cleared through. At this point there were about 10 others who came in. So I waited way longer than I should have with a less than 1 year old during nap time because of the receptionist's mistake of not writing my information before seating me. I came when they opened to ensure that my daughter could nap when she normally naps. After the mistake, it could have been a simple: that was my mistake, you can go next, but instead she shrugged her shoulders and smiled at me telling me that I shouldnt have sat down when she asked me to.

Truly a professional doctor! Best I have seen in many years. Dr and staff treat you like someone they are helping, not an excuse to bill Ohip! Extremely reasonable wait time and free parking. This is as good as it gets!!! I waited less time to see the Doctor than I do when I am on time for my own ( soon to be ex) Doctors appt!

All the staff were very nice. The clinic felt very clean and sterile. I was very impressed! For the amount of patients that were there the waiting time was quite reasonable.

Courtesy of the Wal-Mart Pharmacist, Dr. Nasyr's name was given to me to contact, as I was looking for a Family Doctor, in the Cornwall area. Once I was accepted, along with my husband as new patients, I have not looked back. The Front Office Staff, Sharon and her assistant, Lucy are very courteous, friendly and, extremely professional. That is just the beginning of our welcome, to the office. Once I, got to meet with Dr. Nasyr, it got better. Dr. Nasyr has a gentle manner. He is very approachable, listens first, Then advises on a plan of action. I have had several more appointments, in person, telephone consults and, my experiences have been excellent. Thank You, to you all. My husband and I look forward to all our future appointments.

Doctor gave me testing that I requested , only downfall is that the wait was very long and couldn’t step out for a bit and still be on the waiting list. Would not go back for that reason.

Dr Hussain is by far the best doctor I have yet to come across and let me tell you I've seen many over the last 5 years! He is VERY understanding, He's compassionate and super friendly! Dr Hussain has helped Me through some extremely difficult times since the passing of my daughter. I recommend Him to anyone needing medical care or mental health help! His secretary Sharon is friendly & fantastic at keeping things fast and comfortable every visit! I'm beyond grateful to call Dr Hussain my family doctor.
