I have been dealing with Dena and boy she knows her stuff, easy to talk to and is generally carrying, concerned on what will work for you, not what brand brings them the most profit.
The time she has spent with me over the last 2 weeks, I am on my 3rd set of trial aids looking for the right balance of cost, clarity, comfort and accessories and all the while Dena is there with a smile and funny conversation, willing to order in different products for me to demo, from the start I have felt like an old friend getting some hearing aids. My last outing this past Tuesday, I dealt with Roger as Dena was out, and again I was blown away with the service, Roger meets me at my appointment time states Dena was called away and he will be helping me, again it was like I have known Roger all my life. Listened to my explanation of the loaner devices I was using and what my concerns where Roger made some recommendations to try a different brand, Bang! little programing and I was on my way, have I mentioned the AMAZING service....
The uncomfortable thought of losing your hearing, and the unknown of how friends and people in general will look at you because you have them. I can tell you from experience they don’t matter your hearing is what matters, you are missing out and you know it. The one thing you can be sure of, Dena and the gang down at the Hearing Aid Clinic has your hearing health front and center. Don’t waste any more time missing out get in and see them you will be so happy you did.
