Cornwall Hearing Aid Clinic Today I found a way to get exercise that will assist me in getting to a healthier weight and still do things that I like. With my new hearing aids and I set my hearing remote to TV mode. I now was able to listen to a program on my TV in another room. In need of a little exercise, I was able to pedal on my Weslo exercise bike. It pleases me to make this review in order to convey my appreciation to Roger, Dena, Natasha and others who were so helpful in preparing my new hearing aids. Who would have thought that Hearing Instruments (Aids) could help a person get more exercise without leaving my home? Thank you again. Brian

This is THE place to go for hearing aids. They take time to get to know you, your needs, and your past experience with HA (good and not so good). Work with you to try different makes and models till you find the best one for you. And after that are quick to respond to any concerns you have. Cornwall is fortunate to have this quality level of service for their hearing needs! If you need hearing aids or are not sure, call them. You won’t regret it!

What a place, what a team, really that is all I need to say. I was missing things in conversations “What” “Eah” sorry did not get that, so it was time to have them checked, my GP referred me to Cornwall Hearing Aid Clinc for my test. Let me start with AMAZING!!! Customer service something we see very little of currently, second thing you will notice right off the hop, AMAZING Customer service putting you and I the Customer First... I have been dealing with Dena and boy she knows her stuff, easy to talk to and is generally carrying, concerned on what will work for you, not what brand brings them the most profit. The time she has spent with me over the last 2 weeks, I am on my 3rd set of trial aids looking for the right balance of cost, clarity, comfort and accessories and all the while Dena is there with a smile and funny conversation, willing to order in different products for me to demo, from the start I have felt like an old friend getting some hearing aids. My last outing this past Tuesday, I dealt with Roger as Dena was out, and again I was blown away with the service, Roger meets me at my appointment time states Dena was called away and he will be helping me, again it was like I have known Roger all my life. Listened to my explanation of the loaner devices I was using and what my concerns where Roger made some recommendations to try a different brand, Bang! little programing and I was on my way, have I mentioned the AMAZING service.... The uncomfortable thought of losing your hearing, and the unknown of how friends and people in general will look at you because you have them. I can tell you from experience they don’t matter your hearing is what matters, you are missing out and you know it. The one thing you can be sure of, Dena and the gang down at the Hearing Aid Clinic has your hearing health front and center. Don’t waste any more time missing out get in and see them you will be so happy you did.

Absolutely wonderful establishment. Everyone single person who works there are helpful, empathetic and caring. They always go above and beyond to help me when I come in to see them. The receptionist are so lovely and so pleasant they make you feel like you have nothing toworry about. Dr troper is always greeting patients with a handshake and a smile. Dr Taylor is so generous with his time and never hesitated to have me in for a check up. His knowledge and expertise is austonishing. I wouldnt be were I am today without him. I owe the entire staff a debt of gratitude. Thank you so much. I would recommend anyone with hearing problems to seek treatment here without a doubt. Keep up the good work!! My quality of life has changed drastically for the better. Sincerely from me and my family.
