The Cornwall dental clinic is the best dentist in Cornwall, I started with them one week after he opened up his practice, he was referred to me by someone I used to work with. We've known each other for over 28 years. I can tell you that he truly is on of the best, and he knows what he is doing. He's performed miracles with my teeth. I should have been wearing dentures today, but thanks to him I'm not. Today, I consider him my dentist/friend, I've also seen him work with patients, and kids and adults alike adore him.

I have never had a bad experience at Cornwall Dental Clinic. Dr Paul is fantastic with fillings and when I needed a wisdom tooth pulled. He did some amazing work and I didn’t feel a thing. My son, 6 yrs old recently had fillings done with Dr Paul. When we were on our way home he said, “I wish we could go back, that was fun.” He keeps asking to go back for another appointment. I highly recommend Tanya for cleanings, she always puts me at ease with her kind manner. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room for my appointment.

Before writing this review, I called the office because I believe it’s important to give the business an opportunity to right a wrong. I had my teeth cleaned by an overzealous hygienist who took the finish and also small pieces from four crowns. I fully realize these crowns are older, but no one has ever attacked them in such a manner. These crowns have always been given a very light cleaning. Not only will they be extremely expensive to replace (not in my budget at this time), but replacing these crowns will also rate high on the misery index. Further, because small pieces have been removed, likely, the impressions taken of at least two of them will not be accurate. (Here, however, I do venture into territory of which I know little.) Several mistakes were also made on my account. I, of course, understand that people do make mistakes. However, not once did I receive an apology for the inconvenience I had to go through to get my account back in order. ( I pointed out in the call that an apology was never made.) Finally, the outcome of my call was, “Sorry you “feel” that way.” Progress made. I did receive an apology. However, it reeks of superciliousness and patronization. Apparently, they are also "feel" that they are not responsible their work.

Staff were slower than molasses and don't make use of their time so you can't even get a cleaning done in one visit. Always have to come back to finish a cleaning. The hygienists spend more time filling out paperwork for recommendations on procedures than they do actually cleaning your teeth. Moving our 6 files to another dentist who will get the jobs done.

Great service altogether. Was able to squeeze an appointment in very fast for an emergency extraction. Staff is very friendly and professional. Wish I wasn't in so much pain when I went in because I didn't get the dentists or his assistants name, but they were amazing. Super funny and friendly they did an amazing job that gave me instant relief without trying to force other treatments (I have a really bad mouth) Will definitely be using them in the future as my regular dentist.

I will never go to another dentist! All the staff are always very friendly and welcoming. They are companionate and truly honest! They always work with you to make sure they are giving you the care that you need. Very comfortable environment. I truly do leave every time with a smile which is a big deal for me as I always dreaded going to the dentist and was quite bad at bringing myself to see one. Not anymore! My daughter also loves going. They always go above and beyond to make her smile. They are also amazing during my visits where I need to bring my 4 month old son with me. If he cries while i’m In the chair someone always comes to check up on him and helps him smile again. Even if he doesn’t cry they are always happy to come entertain him. I cannot say enough great things about all of the staff. They really do go above and beyond and do amazing work on my teeth.

I've been a patient for four years. Until my visit yesterday. I had an accident involving facial trauma and a broken crown. I called early in the afternoon on Friday, June 19th for an emergency appointment, and they couldn't get me in until Tuesday, June 23. Already wasn't pleased as a regular patient. When I was seen, I was told they wouldn't do anything about the broken crown for a month. No temporary crown or anything. One of my top two front teeth! I feel disfigured, and the corners of the neighboring teeth are shredding my lips and causing ulcers. The dentist didn't even offer to smooth the rough edges off the broken crown; I had to ask if he could do that as he prepared to leave the exam room. Additionally, the dental assistant who saw me wore her mask covering only her mouth, with her nose hanging out, the entire time I was there. Not excellent practice in a pandemic in one of the riskier professions for disease transmission. I contacted Cornwall Dental Arts on the morning of June 24th, and they not only saw me, a new client, same day (within 3 hours!), but I also have an appointment within a week for a temporary crown.

I went for an "emergency" appointment when I was about 35 weeks pregnant. They were very rude on the phone when booking the appointment. Then when I got there I clearly indicated on the form that I was pregnant and you could also tell by looking at me that I was pregnant as I was very far along. The lady told me to get ready to have an X-ray and I said something like, "Do you normally do X-rays for patients who are pregnant?" She said, "oh no sorry we'll just take you back then". The assistant (I'm not exactly sure of anyone's position as no one introduced themselves but the dentist") then found out where I was from and started to complain the entire time i waited for the dentist about Cornwall and how my hometown was so much better, etc. Then when the dentist got to me he concluded that it was just "pressure" from my teeth shifting and there was no solution. They charged me about $130-150 for that.. So for nothing. Here I am three months later with the same tooth chipping out of my mouth (it's about 1/4 gone). i also couldn't stand the glass windows and "open" environment. It contributed to the overall aweful environment.

I have been coming here for many years and it honestly has the BEST DENTISTS and staff. They are friendly, caring and very professional. The best part they are HONEST. I have been to other places and no matter when I went in I needed a filling or a root canal and I was even told oh that filling is old we will have to remove it and put a new one and the first question was always "Do you have coverage". Here the first question is alright what brings you in today. They aren't looking to soak you they are there to fix your problem the best way possible and they will explain why method A is better than method B. I have NEVER second guessed what they tell me. I TRUST them completely. I couldn't and wouldn't say that about my past Dentists. If you aren't coming to this clinic it is time to change. Thank you all at Cornwall Dental Clinic from receptionists right up to the Dentists.

It didnt take long to get an appointment. They booked me in within a week of my call. For my first visit, i had all the xrays and a full cleaning. The whole process took an hour. The cost seemed high but i expect that is pretty standard as its been awhile since id seen a dentist. The have epay so i only had to pay the 10% that my benefits dont cover. All the staff, from the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist were all friendly and put me at ease. The cleaning was gentle and i hardly felt any pain. My second visit was for wisdom tooth extraction. I was terrified. The dentist informed me i wouldnt feel a thing but the needles would be painful. I had 10 needles total which seems excessive and was stressful, but i did not feel the extraction. It took about 20 minutes total, and all 4 teeth were removed. I was billed $130x2 and $230x2. This seems reasonable. Overall, the experience i had was positive. I would recommend this clinic to my friends and family and am happy to continue using them in the future.

Had issues with my gums and this was the only clinic that took the required steps to rectify this and now have healthy gums again. I love going to the dentist probably because of the great care I get at Cornwall Dental Clinic. They make sure you get your favorite hygienist so you're guarneteed a great experience.

been going there for along time usually had great service last tine i went guy charged ne 600 to fill a tooth then it got infected 30 days later i called back they told me nothing they could do i would half to pay to get it removed kinda rediculous considering he didnt do a good enough job cleaning the inside of the filling noones accountable but me

Revolving door for staff over the years when I went there, I fondly remember them lecturing me about smoking (in front of my parents) when I had never touched a cigarette in my life. I'd suggest this clinic for anyone who wants to feel like a number instead of a person, wants the least personal amount of care possible, and if they never wish to deal with the same hygienist/dentist twice, I can't remember EVER getting the same hygienist/dentist between 6 month visits. Also remember for years after moving away, they kept calling me trying to book appointments for cleanings I don't need, I have a new dentist thank you, so please STOP COLD CALLING ME BECAUSE I USED TO BE A PATIENT. This place is truly a second rate business in a backwater city and they have shown it throughout the years with their sole ambition to turn a profit with complete disregard for the quality of service they provide.

Every appointment is always 15-20 minutes late this is every appointment for the last 8 years or so I left work early on overtime to get my son to his appointment on time and was told the hygienist was running 15 minutes late. I laughed and say typical. 15 minutes go by and still nothing. I'll gladly give my money to a different dentist who can be on time.

Always a great experience. All my life I hated having to see a dentist. The experience was always painful and just filled me with anxiety. After years if not going, I was in serious pain from an infection. Made that appointment here 4 years ago, and still leave everytime with a smile. Through everything they have been kind, informative and respectful. They genuinely care about their patients. Now I enjoy pain free, anxiety free visits to my dentist. Recommend to everyone!

They are always helpful and willing to that extra mile to make sure that everyone has the best experience and they alway give you best choices for you. They also do payment plans if needed. My son goes there for regularly check ups and he also had braces which were done at the same location. I'm planning on going there myself .

I have ALWAYS dealt with this dental clinic. I called last Monday to tell them that my filling had fallen out. They gave me an appointment for today. I arrived at the given time only to find out that there was no appointment and I could come in 2 weeks time . I have already gone almost 1 week with this issue. I am NOT pleased.

I'm not going to comment on the place itself. Instead, I want you to know that the ratings here need to be taken with a grain of salt. There is a big poster in the waiting area advertising a 1 in 50 chance to win an IPad if you come here to leave a five-star review. This is undermining the rating system as people effectively get paid to leave a five-star review.

Crooks, they just want to get you to go in they charge things to your benefits that they never even do be very careful and make sure to review your bills after and make sure nothing that shouldn't be there is there, and then if you confront them they tell you no your wrong we have it marked down so it was done, umm not it was not? they put my in withsomeone who could not speak English did not no what she was doing, dident no how to use xray machine and lady that was training her was more caught up in talking to her coworker friends then watching this new person blasting radiation into my body, it sucks when a place is ran poorly and you cant complain because nobody cares there you can address your problems all you want they don't care and wont do anything and they will say whatever they want to you no filter, never seen such rude receptionists
