Really disappointed in the level of customer service. They could be a lot more empathetic to a person with a plumbing emergency.

The service I received was extremely professional. Reg and Kirstin arrived promptly as arranged, and were friendly and understood what needed to be fixed. They fixed 2 leaky faucets and a sink outlet. The work was done very neatly and efficiently. I have used this plumbing service once before, and once again I was very impressed with their professionalism. The cost was also very reasonable. Highly recommended!
