Over 18 minutes of wait time, I seen 3 other cars ask like me to move to the wait zone because their slow. I only had ordered 3 happy meals of which 2 where nuggets(they eventually served them without sauce at all and cold fries) and the last one was a hotcakes one(served without the fries and luke warm cakes). It seems they serve what ever car they want and they didn't even give me a receipt (probably so I can't raise concerns to the corporation)

i went through the drive thru this morning and ordered a vanilla ice coffee with two shots of caramel. they put in a caramel ice coffee and acted like i never told them that wasn’t my order. so i told first window and the worker said whatever same thing and made me take the caramel and i ended up getting sick off it because they didn’t mix it at all as well and i drank syrup. not to mention also waited 20 minutes for that and a muffin. would not recommend, they also had the first window worker taking orders while serving people

Its not that great of a location. I cant believe corner brook only has one stand alone mc Donald's. It's way too over crowded, and you can FORGET about going there lunch time on a weekday, way too busy. The fact that the drive thru on most occasions is backed out onto the on-ramp to get into the mall is a bit ridiculous. Not to mention the owner is a complete a**hole! I've had encounters with him a few times and talk about arrogant! The food is alright but it could be better. Dripping in grease most of the time.

I never thought I'd say this. But it was the worst big Mac I ever ate in my life. It would have been just as well if the put a full head of lettuce on the burgers an put it in the fridge before they gave it to me. It was ice cold. An the fries weren't cooked. Service can be slow due to lack of staff. Preference seems to go to the Drive-Thru in the mornings so it's likely faster to wait in your vehicle than to go inside. I find that the crew making your coffee do things totally separately from those making your food, and I once had both my food waiting for my coffee and my coffee waiting for my food. In other words, my completed order sat in their respective places for a few minutes before it was handed to me. Overall, it's a fast food joint that needs more people. Food is fast food, service could be better.

It's McDonald's, so everyone knows what it taste like. What this MacDonald's suffers from is that there is no other Fast Food spot within a couple kms of the Corner Brook Plaza, the mall next door. I've often said that you could open a 2nd MacDonald's (or preferably another Fast Food chain) in the same parking lot and they'd both do good business. So that means meal times are going to be busy here and there will be a wait and maybe no place to sit. It has gotten better the past few years (a few years back it didn't matter when you walked in, you were bound to have a 20+ minute wait for food). The staff are good though and friendly (another nice change from a few years back). The other thing that drops my review down to 2 stars is the joke of a kids play room. It's literally 2 touch screens playing a few games that feel like they were created back in the 90s. Not sufficient considering how busy this place can get and that it's the only MacDonald's in Corner Brook.

The main reason why I continue to return to this location is the stellar view. It’s is so nice to sit and enjoy a coffee and look out over all of Corner Brook. The food is what you’d expect from a McDonald’s: cheap and cheerful. It’s always the same. The coffee taste varies, however. It’s not a consistent cup. My only grievance would be the customer service. I take it that there is a specific employment programme being utilised here. Which is lovely and inclusive. However, I often struggle with conversing with many of the staff due to language barrier or cultural nuance. Is job done? Yes. But it’s missing the warm and recognised approach. There is just something about being screamed at in something you can’t really understand when you’re picking up an order or going through the drive-thru that takes away from the experience. As well, the location is not always tidy. This can be blamed on lazy patrons, but overall the bathrooms and floors tend to get quite messy.

McDonald's is pretty much the same wherever you go. The food was good and the service was great. I'm giving it a 4 star because the owner of these local branches came in and yelled at all the workers for the food being too slow to come out. I don't think this was fair as they were doing an excellent job. How can I give anything less than 5 stars? It's McDonald's! you should know what to expect from a chain like this. This McDonald's has one of the nicest views I've ever experienced from a fast food joint. As for the self serve . It is what it is. I have lived in markets that had it earlier than this location and they are all the same. Not a bad setup especially for the picky . Make sure your order is 100% before ordering . However Avoid the kiosk farthest from the fountain drink machine if you plan on paying with cash . Rarely ever prints a receipt. Overall one of the best McDonald's I've been to and ive been to them all over the world.

Ordered 2 sugar free vanilla iced coffees made with milk via drive thru and some food Both were made with cream. Had to wait extra for the order to be corrected then once pulled away realized they didn't even give straws. However the rest of the order was correct.

Staff were very unorganized and weren't following orders correctly (There was about 4 other people waiting on them to correct their orders). They need better training but the place is clean at least and as unorganized as they were, they were nice and doing their best to correct orders.

It's McDonald's. Not much more to say. Their food is good at this location but out of the few times we've been there this week they've messed up our orders a couple times, forgot to put sausage on a sausage McGriddle, also had egg shell in my egg. Always check your bags when leaving a McDonald's.

We ordered our meal all was well. When we asked for more mayo the guy was very rude and barked out 45 cents each we let him know that we didn’t pay extra the last time we came in he again said 45 cents each and processed to throw the mayo down on the tray and stomped off. We found out later that his name is Raji ,we think and we will never go there again and we let our friends and family know not to go there for dinner???????????????????????? Talk about nickel and dimming people Very greedy

2 weeks ago we visited your store in corner brook. I put my order in I waited about 15 min no order.i noticed other customers getting served so I decided to go and ask why wasn't getting my order.the guy at the counter asked what did you order.i replied you has the order you should know.after another ten minutes I finally got our order.terrible.if this was Swiss chalet or Harvey's we would have got our money back.

Slowest drivethru I have ever seen. They don’t staff up for breakfast so expect a 10-15 min wait and to get a wrong order. Only 2 car in drive thru, lobby is closed until 6:30 and still 10 min. Wait. Doesn’t matter if it’s 5:30- 6 or 6:30 or 7, i tried all these times this week and same results. The night shift or AM shift manager must go! Only 1 staff in the kitchen to do lobby and drivethru!! Ugh. Complained to manager about under staffing and all he could say is sorry. This is unacceptable now waiting 15 min in lobby for a big breakfast and coffee.

Service is extremely slow. You should never have to wait 15 minutes for a single coffee. Went in one morning and someone stood at the counter for several minutes without anyone even looking at them. When they asked if someone was going to serve them, the manager was very rude in her response. I've had several experiences where items were missed. I'm giving 1 star because the food quality is at least partly decent once you get it (I also cannot give lower than one).

Didn't get my Xtra pickle or sauce on my bigmac, refused to give tartar sauce for my wife. Family washroom was locked and broken, couldn't change our daughter. Had to wait to ask the manager to open the washroom, was ignoring me when I was repeatedly said excuse me.

Worst experience yet! I went to McDonald's for breakfast and the one thing they never had was the item I wanted. They also had no hash browns when I asked for the McChicken sauce that they never gave me the manager sighed! This may only be McDonald's but even so, when you're a manager of any business you're supposed to uphold a certain level of professionalism. This guy did not. Too bad I can't pick 0 stars. Get your act together!
