I visited the clinic yesterday morning and saw Dr Weibe. He was wonderful and was so good with the child I took in. He took his time and explained things. There was a new receptionist at the desk and she was both friendly (with a smile) and helpful. There was about a 45 min wait but I have waited for a regular Dr. appointment as long. It was a very positive experience

Reception was unbelievably rude…last time I was in I was told to call and make an appointment so I did so and was told I couldn’t that I had to stand in a line first thing in the morning AGAIN for my medications. The females attitude was so nasty I just hung up on her as I do not need to be treated like that. This is not the first time, they always have ugly attitudes there. I don’t recommend it there, save yourself the grief and go somewhere they respect the people…would give a negative star if I could

Place is a nightmare can wait anywhere from 1-2 hours then one day I make an appt and go to the doctor and hey my doctor isn't even ther anymore no one informed me and ther was no other doctor to fill so I was forced to go find a new doctor thankfully anyway this place is a joke front desk couldn't be any ruder!!!!!

Love our family Dr. Yes I understand the clinic can be frustrating. But we are so happy to have found our family Dr. She is very kind hearted and is not like the typical old family Dr's that just push pills.

Excellent front counter staff and the doctors take the time to understand your issues and are very knowledgeable. Considering how busy this clinic is (as all walk in clinics are in BC), very efficient service.

The waiting time is super long, and if you don't make it there shortly after the clinic opens, you won't be able to check in. No matter how much time is left to closing, many of times I've tried while there was 5 hours or more, and wasn't able to see a Doctor.

Friendly staff. Doctors are polite, friendly and take time to explain issues with you. Once signed in you can wonder around Walmart until you're paged. Much better than sitting in a waiting room.

I have to agree with all responses you wait three hours then he says you can only address two things what did you come here to accomplish? Then no eye contact from anyone? Why is that they charged me $140 for one form to be filled out while I was off from work who has $$$ when they aren't working? When I told him what I was experiencing he said oh I'd like to see that on video like I was lying about my experience? Why would I go back? Next time I might get smacked physically the kick was enough for me to try elsewhere

Dr. Wiebe is hands down one of the best doctors I have ever been too and I have been dealing with similar issues, in and out of clinics and hospitals for over 15 years... He genuinely wants people to be healthy and happy. He actually cares about your physical and mental health. I cannot thank him enough for his help and all of the wonderful staff at Walmart clinic in chilliwack! The front staff are very kind and welcoming and it's always very clean and comfy in there. I am really thankful to have them. Thank you team! Take care!

Receptionist needs to be friendlier, but she wasn't rude just not friendly. Doctors are good. I've been here about 4 times on the spot and liked the doctors who were kind and helpful and know their medicine. Overall happy and you can shop at Wal Mart if there is a wait.

Waited for over 2 hrs then the Dr wouldn't write prescription that that clinic had started me on. Nothing like pushing your authority. The front staff is great though....

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from the people in the reception. Everytime any of our family member call we experience this. We will try and contact them and if the call reach thru they would put us on hold immediately without even asking why we call in the first place. Then, after waaaaaaiting on being on hold we would talk to thus rude receptionist and most of the would put us on hold AGAIN. Oh there is even this time where she keeps saying " i cant hear you. You keep cutting out. " which is really weird cause my phone doesnt do that! And specially im in the house. When i finally told her im going outside to have a better "siganl" i ask her if im still cutting out and she said "no i can hear you now" BUUUUUUUUT guess what she said next? " just a moment i'll put you ON HOLD" ???????? she didnt even wait for my reply wether im okay with that or not!!!!!! After more than 30 mins for waiting she finally helped me and she did that under 2mins. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. Management please PLEASE train your receptionist or HIRE A BETTEE ONE !!!!

Good luck every seeing a Doctor here at any time of any day. They are never accepting walk ins. I have now been turned away four times consecutively. I am so furious, it's not even funny. I haven't been able to see a Doctor since I was diagnosed BY A DOCTOR AT THIS CLINIC! FFS!

Maybe businesses that have websites showing hours of operation should make sure the information is accurate. Website says open at 8:30am but it isn't actually open until 9:00am

Came to the clinic 15 mins after they opened waited in line for about 10 mins there was about 11 people ahead of me and 2 people Infront of me in the line the receptionist told me it would be about a 45 min wait they asked if I wanted a buzzer so they could buzz me when it was my time and that way I could walk around the store and not have to be inside the clinic because it was so busy so I took the buzzer left the clinic and waited when it hit 45 mins I still had no call. As it hit 1 hr I went back to the clinic only to see there was one person in the waiting area the people that were Infront of me and behind me in the line from the morning were gone. I asked the receptionist how long it will be since I had to leave to another appointment she said it would be another 30 mins. I told her I had to leave and if she could pre book me for the next day she said she can't prebook me and told me to come the next day and line up for 830AM since they open at 9AM and that way I wouldn't have to wait. Seems to me that they forgot about me and took all the walk ins for the day before they closed leaving me for the last patient of the day. The 4 receptionists that were working were rude as hell the way they look at you and judge you not to mention they can't even do their job right while they sit amongst themselves chatting.

I've been going to this clinic for my family doctor for around the last 4 years, reception is always friendly and accommodating. Dr. Scholtz is absolutely amazing. He is always trying to solve what is wrong, very caring and I never feel uncomfortable explaining any issues.

I don't usually write reviews but I experienced brilliant service here, especially for a walk in clinic. Wait was inevitably long, but they told me to come back in two hours and when I came back I saw the doctor almost immediately! No sitting for hours in a busy waiting room filled to the brim with sick people like I've experienced elsewhere. Doctor was also very helpful and knowledgeable.

My wife and I have been trying to find a doctor since ours retired 2 years ago. We happened to find Dr. Scholtz and now try to see him exclusively. We wish he could be our permanent Dr. We have always found the front service to be excellent, especially given the stress of dealing with the high patient to Dr. ratio. The biggest irritation for us is having to come in at least 3/4 of an hour early just to stand in line to get to see a Dr. Walk-Ins can't make appointments so a crowd stands around the door waiting. I have seen so many people waiting that they never actually get a time to see the Dr. before the quota is used up. I would suggest some kind of taking a number system so we could just come back when the doors open. Basically we're making appointments anyway we just have to stand in line to get a time. Please hire more Dr.'s.

Misleading website hours of operation. Website showed Saturday morning that the clinic would be opening soon, once I arrived the clinic clearly stated that it was closed Saturday and Sunday. The time could have been spent waiting at another clinic that was open.

New doctor put on my paperwork that I'm a pregnant woman. I'm a man. Then I Had to go back and forth 4 times from the lab to get paperwork fixed. The first time I went back the lady corrected one of the mistakes with white out and said that that was good enough. but did not fix the other mistake. I went to the lab they asked why she just put white out on it and said that the doctor had to make a whole new form. I went back to the doctor's office again the lady at the counter sees me and says what I already fixed it. I was told that I was rude because I was annoyed by their continuing mistakes. Lady behind the counter actually told me she was offended because I told them that it was their mistake not mine and that people shouldn't have to go back and forth 4 times to have the same piece of paperwork corrected. Lost a day's wages for something that should have been simple. I got told that the doctor is new and doesn't know the system. Then why doesn't he read the paperwork before he gives it to his patients? ( No one in that doctor's office could answer this question) What happens when they mess up someone's prescription and someone dies because of it. Are there family members going to be told that they're being rude because they're annoyed or angry. To make matters worse the third time they even had another doctor look over the paperwork to check to see if it was correct he confirmed that it was correct it was not. I would not recommend this doctor's office to anyone.

If I could give zero stars, I would ! The receptionist is a joke! I brought my daugther to see the Dr because a flu became a swollen throat. The Dr did a swab for strep and sent me home. The results were going to be in after 5 days(long weekend) .That night my daugther was getting very sick so I went back to the clinic to see the Dr again just to make sure all is good. Well, the receptionist was not having it! The Dr was booked and she did not even bother asking him if he would see my daugther for a minute ( he was the one sending us home with nothing the day before). I ended up in the emergency and waiting for hours to find out she actually has tonsillitis and put on antibiotics. It was also confirmed that it was STREP. Yesterday I get a call from the receptionist to tell me that my test was negative and my daughter needs no antibiotics. The test was not done properly, otherwise the hospital would not get a positive one. I understand that can happen, but coming with attitude is going to take you nowhere. If you do not like your job please find another one. Medical field needs compassion and respect, not attitude!

Needed sutures and staples removed on specific day and this clinic provided that service efficiently a d very courageously. Wish they were accepting new patients into one of their family practises. Couldn't be more pleased

Walk in today as my last stop trying to see a doctor, empty waiting room and 45min left in their walk in time...to only be told there is a waiting list and these people arw coming back...im sorry walk in means you take who is there not make a list and turn othera away when no one is actually waiting horrible practic and wouldnt recommend going here ever.

I needed to go to the walkin today so I followed the message instuction to check the times on the web site. It said open 9.30 saturday. I went there before 9. Posted on the window was a schedule from 16 -22\8 saying closed today They knew this at the beginning the week but did not think it important enough to change the web site. I wasted my time and gas because of their disregard for the patients.

My son arrived at the Clinic before it opened this morning at 8:15, was told 2 hour wait, it’s now 11:32 and was told it’ll be at least another hour. He had a allergic reaction to a bite. What an effin joke. Maybe at 8:30 they could have said it’ll be at least 4 hours. He could have booked an apt in Surrey with his doctor, seen him and drove back to Chilliwack in that time. Brutal....Worst customer service ever. Still waiting, your receptionist is a liar..... it’s now 12:35.....

The rudest front counter staff ever ! Tried to tell me the Dr. most likely wouldn't do a basic drivers medical because they don't know me. Claiming I could lie about medical history and the Dr. would lose his practice. However if I would pay $125 cash up front and wait the 1.5 hrs I might be able to , however I would more then likely require "lab work and blood test" !!!!! I'm 34 and in good health ! This place is a JOKE ! AVOID AVOID AVOID !

A receptionist was incredibly rude and unsympathetic. The receptionist I dealt with was great but the other made me look like an idiot in front of other patients and my 14 year old son. The Dr was great but something needs to be done about that one receptionist.

I came this morning all the way from Abbotsford to see my own doctor. Came to the door and it says CLOSED for the day. I checked the website and it said open at 7:30 AM. I don't know how they run their operation. From 1 to 10 I would call it a zero.
