If you actually want to be treated, consider looking elsewhere. Every appointment feels as though you are reverting backwards with respect to medical issue resolution, no matter how minor in nature. I can understand doctors want to thoroughly understand the medical history of new patients before recommending treatments/prescribing medications, as they should, but my partner and I have both made several appointments each regarding separate, ongoing issues, and neither of us are any further ahead. Both us of are still patiently waiting to be treated for ongoing minor medical issues that continue to be deferred again, and again to a multitude of follow-up appointments that accomplish absolutely nothing. I certainly hope this is not becoming the norm among medical practitioners, but we feel as though $ is the priority for this clinic, rather than patient care. You will need to supplement appointments with visits to the walk-in clinic as you wait to be treated, just as we have both had to. You will have to schedule appointments weeks in advance, wait for upwards of an hour in the waiting room each time, and do not expect modern accommodations such as automated appointment reminders. As mentioned by others, generally speaking, front desk staff are rude, fail to follow through on actions and need constant reminders, and could care less about actually helping patients. Hoping this will improve in the near future or we will both be forced to go elsewhere so we can actually be treated.
