Friendly front desk staff and pharmacist. I would not recommend sneaking in an end of the day appointment though. This was the first time ever going to a walk in on my own and I felt rushed by the doctor and had many questions I had yet to be answered after I left. I appreciate how Sali, the pharmacist manger, took the time to answer some of my questions.

Katie, the lady who took my call greeted me with such cheerfulness that I was taken aback for rarely do you hear such a cheerful greeting anywhere! Then when I arrived at the clinic, she was prompt, friendly, and professional in registering me and the follow-up after seeing Dr. Eppinga. She gave the same warm courtesy to the other patients. The doctor was good too. I read the clinic's objectives about kind patient-oriented care on the wall plaque, and I appreciate what they hope to achieve for the community. I highly recommended this clinic.

Very unsupportive. Does not go the extra mile for you...Gives a lot of excuses to not do any leg work of any kind. Do not recommend. Go to Viva Care across the street...they provide exceptional care, service, and support. Would have given a zero if I could. I will be telling everyone I know to stay away from this Doctor!!!

I don’t know why this clinic got a negative review, I guess these days everyone complains about nothing! I had the best experience here. The clinic is beautiful, super clean and has amazing caring staff. The doctor was super genuine and was patient with all my questions and concerns. I will only come here for my medical needs.

Dr. Eppinga is kind and caring. He is always ready to listen and make a treatment plan. His office staff are very welcoming.
