Have been coming here for years now. I found it odd that turning up for my 10:30 appointment I was then told my appointment is at 10:40. If appointments run behind just please be honest with your clients instead of telling them different times for your appointment, it's just poor practice. However I know the desk staff are new and everyone makes mistakes so I won't hold it against them ????. Having said that the service Dr Hassani provides is outstanding. Her understanding of your medical needs is outstanding! Hoping to come back for many years to come.

Have wait 30 mins even you have an appointment. Very frustrated with phone appointment too, what is the point of taking appointments when you don't follow that. Got a call either 10 mins late or earlier. Couldn't reach them back. Dr left a msg " let me know when u get the msg" with no phone number to call back and how would u let him know you don't pick up the line.

I came to the clinic for something minor at 9:00 am, but according to the lady at the desk with some serious attitude walk-in's don't start until 2:00. So, I came back the next day at 2:00 only to find a sign on the door reading "No walk-in's today." Quite a first impression. But, the doctor I finally got to see was nice and very helpful. It's also a bonus to have a pharmacy right next door!

Dr. Ekatte is amazing and I have no bad things to say about him, however actually getting through to make an appointment has proven to be very difficult. Either I get an automated message saying jot in service, not available or their normal automated message stating their business hours. It's infuriating.

Always late. Walk in clinic doctor was supposed to be there at 10:00 but showed up at 10:15 and then his kids came to visit so that delayed things even more. Then his accountant showed up and was allowed to walk in while everybody else waited. I was told to show up at 9:00 to get my name on the list ( I was # 3) but by the time I was done it was 11:30.

Very welcoming staff! Dr. Joneson was professional, kind and I felt he listened to the concerns I had and had my best interests at heart. I would highly recommend him. He has also seen my daughter and he was very good with her and made her feel comfortable.

I waited only 30 minutes on a Thursday afternoon and found the GP to be thorough and specific when looking for help with a back pain problem. Medication prescribed was mostly effective although I was disappointed to learn later that one of them was on a list of currently targeted drugs for being taken off the market for side effects comparable to Vioxx. I did not end up using it for that reason. Overall the clinic was neat, staffed with professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous reception staff and comfortable waiting room chairs. I am glad I was able to get help there and will go back again.

Not sure what was going on in this clinic a couple years ago. But I just went and the staff was friendly. The walk in Dr saw me twice in a week and both times I got in with no problem. Dr was friendly and professional. Highly recommend this clinic.

When an elderly patients Son calls to book an appointment to speak with the Dr about getting further care, it is NOT your business as a secretary to question why!! That's NOT your job! I don't know who these receptionists think they are but they are rude and short and even hung up while my husband was still talking! If they were employees of mine they would be fired!

First time visit as a walk-in patient. Seen quickly and treated by a very nice GP. Staff friendly. I cannot possibly think of anything that would have made this visit easier. 5 stars in my book.

Very welcoming, not a long waiting time, and Doctor Joneson was very thorough and personable. I like how they tell you the wait time and when it would be best to come back, there are lots of shops in garrison to keep you occupied while you wait
