Would give 0 stars if I could. This is the worst “walk in clinic” ever. Called earlier, no answer. Showed up at 4:30 and the doctor is gone already even though they close at 6. Went back to my car and tried calling to see what time the doc would be in the next morning, no answer. Walked back in and asked and she said 9am and asked what I was coming in for so I told her. She then said that the doctor doesn’t look at that type of stuff and only deals with elderly people. What a huge waste of time! Don’t go here.

Such a frustrating experience. I used the “check in” feature on Medimap, hoping to reduce the amount of time spent with a young, sick child in the waiting room. I received a confirmation text stating that she had been put on the waitlist and that there was an approximate 1 hour 40 minute wait (arrive at the clinic at 3:30 pm). Upon arrival, a confused staff member told me she had no record of the check in, despite seeing my confirmation text. She said she would “fit us in” and that the doctor would see us as soon as possible. Fast forward to 5:45 pm - we have still not seen a doctor, and have been told that we are “next up”, only to wait another 45 minutes. We left. Over the period we spent there, many patients came in for “appointments” and returned to find that they still had to wait unreasonable periods of time. And two hours into our wait, Medimap still listed a 30 minute wait time. Of course walk-in wait times are estimates with a give/take understanding, but if you cannot provide an estimate that is even remotely close to the actual wait - don’t give one. I want to think that this is simply a case of disorganization and mismanagement of time, rather than intentional misuse of Medimap to lure patients with reasonable wait times that the clinic no ability (or intention?) of meeting. Either way, we will not be back to the clinic or affiliated pharmacy.

Poor service! Was told upon arrival that “they don’t deal with back pain” at that office. The doctor then prescribed a very strong antibiotic without doing a urine screen. Appalling medical treatment. Would never recommend this clinic.

Came in at 2:30pm, registered, the girl at the front desk saw that I have a baby with me and said it would be about 30-45 minutes so if I wanted to come back at 4 I could get in right away. I come back at 4pm and let her know I'm back. Everyone else who was there goes through first. And then someone who came in after I had come back in goes ahead of us. So now it's been 45 minutes and I ask if I got the time wrong. She says no. It will be about another 20 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous, why would you send me away with an appointment time and then make me wait longer than my original wait time? Especially with a sick baby!

Very, very rude receptionist today. Google said the clinic is open until 6, but when I called to make sure, the lady interrupted me and snapped, “I don’t know where you get your information—were closed!”. Then she hung up on me. Nice ????????

I cannot even express my gratitude for this place. Truly very loving staff who go out of their way to help you. Highly recommend. Has a small town feel where your not dealing with big corporations. Feels like family. Very caring.

This is a new clinic doing the very best they can and with the Dr's they have. These Dr's come from Langley as we don't have many Dr's in Chilliwack, so I am thankful for that. They are as quick as they can be and the Dr's I have seen are far more thorough than other walk in clinics I have been to. The front desk is very good, friendly and polite even to people who don't deserve it.. They do make appointments to give an idea of time, most walk in do NOT do that... and, I don't care which Dr's you see they are rarely on time so expect that. The pharmacy staff are extremely helpful. Given a little time they will work it all out. Doing a good job so far!

Best experience I have had at a walk in clinic in chilliwack. No wait time I was taken back as soon as I walked in. The doctor actually listened to what I had to say and is the first doctor out of the 4 I have seen since July that finally sent me to get tests done. Extremely professional and friendly, made me feel heard and at ease.

Stopped in for a visit. As part of my consultation, the doctor asked me to get in touch with a pharmacy for specifics on medication I was taking quite some time in the past. I was then denied finishing my consultation because they had no time for me and was sent away.

That was a great experience. I came in. No waiting time. Seems like a small family run operation. Doctor cared about what I thought and my concerns. He listened but was to the point. Even offered alternative solutions to my problem. Then the pharmacy staff took my prescription and filled it right away. In and out all done with a medication in less than 30 minutes. Awesome! Very friendly to boot. Thank you staff and family!

Google says they close at 6:00; Medi-map says 5:00. This is the second time that I've been here around 3:30, and both times the doctor has already gone home. Absolutely will not be trying again, really disgusted with the unprofessionalism. Front desk staff said doctor normally leaves around 2:00 depending how many patients there are, and that I should try to come between 9:00 and 2:00. If you are going to go, go early in the day and maybe the doctor will still be around.

Overall, it's a great place for a walk-in clinic. I would give it 5 stars, if not for the receptionist (Cindy, I believe?), She is a hit and miss. Sometimes very pleasant and helpful, other times abrupt and rude. More balanced attitude would make a big difference. We all, as adults, have to keep our emotions under control, especially in a work environment. The doctors are great, always very helpful.

Never got to see the doctor after bringing in my son to have his chest listened to. Receptionist wouldn't admit him and was unprofessional and rude. The doctors at this clinic may be amazing, but first impressions were 1 star.

We had a good experience here - as good as it can be for a clinic. The wait time wasn't long and the Dr. we saw (Dr. Young) was very thorough and took the time to ask and answer lots of questions. The pharmacy is very quick as well, and explained the prescription and how to take it in detail. I'd recommend Express Care Clinic!

The worst clinic in Chilliwack hands down. These people are all about the money. My girlfriend went in and was charged a whopping $30 dollars for a sick note! THIRTY DOLLARS! Talk about gouging. Not to mention the wait times are ridiculous and the front desk person is completely out to lunch. Never again! Unprofessional to say the very least. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

When you see walk-in clinic you expect to go in and wait in line not go in and get told that it’s booked up as people came into the clinic in the morning and saved/booked their spot. I simply needed a small test done and they weren’t able to get me in quickly and have me on my way. I do not recommend this clinic

Came in and signed in. Told me it would be a 2 hour wait, when it actually showed 10 mins on their updated wait time online.I come back 2 hours later to wait another hour. Poorly run and secretary was unapologetic and rude. Chilliwack....you can do better. Gave it a second star for the very fact that you can put your name down and go back home to wait.

This was the first walk-in clinic I have been to. This will be the only walk-in clinic I go to. The staff are so friendly !! They make a point of remembering you. The patients are always greeted with a smile when they come through the doors. The management always listen to our concerns and changes are made as well as they can be in order to continually make their clinic and pharmacy the best in the area. Hopefully I will not need to go here very often, but each time I do, I leave feeling better because I felt cared about.

Terrible place, they have refused service to me twice now and stated the doctor only wants to see older aged clients even for walk in. and the doctor comes and goes when they please. Receptionist is very RUDE! Never going back if there is no care or consideration with out stepping foot in to see the doctor, how can you trust that they even care about their patients

I took my granddaughter here this morning for an allergy related cough and a sore ear, I waited 20 minutes for the receptionist to show up only to be told they don't treat patients with a cough to go to the family doctor who is in Abbotsford and away on vacation at the moment, all walk in clinics are not taking patients with coughs so what are you supposed to do? Tie up the very busy hospital were doctors and nurses are already over worked, I know it's covid times right now but what are we supposed to do??

My 3 year old son had a fever and signs of strep throat, was really suffering and they turned me away because "they don't deal with strep throat here" what kind of walk in clinic is this? Extremely rude secretary, will not be returning.

Went yesterday at 2 p.m., lazy Doctor didn't want to receive more patients (they close at 6 p.m.), went next day at 12, Doctor denied service, not even willing to receive for a recommendation on where to look for the service we need, rude secretary, they obviously don't care about their job.

Went here a couple of weeks ago and told quite sharply that they are no longer a walk in clinic. In spite of the medimap website displaying a regularly updated wait time??? Don't expect to get helped at this place, and the front counter person has zero empathy.

I highly recommend that awesome clinic and will definitely come back if I need to see a dr. The pharmacy side also was amazing and the pharmacist explained everything to me in details and filled my Rx in only 5 min, amazing service and they do free delivery as well to whole Chilliwack

Have tried calling 3x but no one answers the phone. Drove to clinic and they said doctor is away until Saturday. No other doctor available to cover so they are closed until Saturday. Another stark indication of how mismanaged our medical system is :(

Never Again. Doctor ordered blood tests for my child for fear that he may have a rather serious illness. Doctor told us that he would contact us when results were in, time was of the essence. With no contact, we rang the phone off the hook, left voicemails, nothing. Finally called the pharmacy next door only to find out there would not be a doctor present for a WEEK. The level of irresponsibility and sheer arrogance is astounding.

The WORST customer service by the receptionist who was working Feb. 14th at 11am. They opened at 9, I called at 9:45 to follow up with my results. She did not have her program open and made me call back. She said they had none of my results back and when I asked how long they typically take, all she would say is "I don't know." She put me on hold for 7 minutes to ask the doctor, came back and said "Hi, how can I help you" not remembering who I was or why I was on hold. After I told her, she still didn't know. I asked if there was someone else I could talk to there and she said I could call back at 5:30 to talk to the head MOA. I asked for her name and she said I could call back at 5:30 to talk to the head MOA and then hung up on me. I called Life Labs directly and indeed my results were received at Express Care Clinic a week ago. I called her back and she said that she had them (dismissing our entire entire first conversation) and said I was in a rush on the first call (I stayed on hold for 7 minutes while she forgot about me so that's a lie) and then called me "honey." SUPER PROFESSIONAL. I will be calling back at 5:30 to talk to the head MOA. DO NOT GO HERE. While the doctor I dealt with was very great, their office staff (or at least this particular person) is completely useless. If she doesn't know ANYTHING then WHY is she working here???

Called from my house at 6:25pm and asked if they were open and she said "yes as long as you're here by 6:50pm." I said I'd be there in less than 10. I got in my car and got there by 6:35pm and she said that I could wait but that she probably couldn't fit me in. Waste of time. This has happened to a few others I know as well.

This is a great clinic. Dr. Mohammed took my health complaints seriously and was/is a great diagnostician. I am on my way to being cured of continual UTIs and incontinence b/c of the smart and thorough way he handled my case, after over a year of indifference from my family doctor. One of few places open on Saturday. Arrived early but the worker arrived late to open. Didn’t apologize and then informed the people waiting to see the physician that they would not be in. No explanation - no optional resources. Pretty sad.
