Very nice doctor..took my toddler to get treated for an ear infection and cold, he was very nice and patient with her . Staff was also nice. Place looked clean and professional. Must walk in by 11am.. walk ins were no longer available after that.

When in a rush and not able to see my family doctor in time, this is the place to go. The doctors are attentive and very helpful. The staff is always polite and professional as well. Wait time I've found is about an hour average :)

I really wish there were "minus" points to be given. We had a video appointment. Not only did no one call but when I called to follow up their response was, “That doctor’s left for the day so I can’t really help you with that”. That's as good as they could do. Seriously UNBELIEVABLE! Care for the patient = WHAT CARE. Customer service = WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Wonderful experience with Dr. Dada. She was very knowledgeable, sensitive, informative… I immediately felt at ease – and felt confident in my receiving expert medical care. Staff was great, too. Kind and good take care of me. Busy place but not stressful to visit.

Walked in there with my two toddlers, no one else in there, three receptionists chatting away didnt even acknowledge I was there. Finally asked one of them if they were taking any more walk ins. Got a very rude snappy response, also stating that the website is wrong walk ins close at 11am. So maybe fix the website because a lot of people rely on that. People dont deserve to be spoken to like that when asking a simple question. And also being ignored. Have some manners. Find a new job if your rude about repeating yourself about simple things. Cause that's part of your job.

10:26am and they are already full and not taking any additional walk in patients for the day....so although I can’t speak to the quality of care, this is a stark sign of how bad our medical system has been mismanaged :(

One of the better clinics for walk in but it is not very personal - Still the wait time isn't bad and they were able to see me when I arrived early. I prefer this clinic over others as well because they seem to care about you

Had a car accident 14months ago. Ive been going to therapy 5 days a week ever since, and get paid barely enough to survive by icbc. My injuries are bad. My family doctor retired so I was given DR Oyekole as a new family doctor. Little did I know that the doctors here are not qualified and dont do ICBC or WCB claims. Although during my initial consultation for a family doctor, the DR stated continuing my treatment was no issue and I would need to have all my files sent there. I paid 150 to have my file, all 490 pages sent to Edwards Medical. ICBC now asked me for a Re assessment for my claim to remain effective. Standard practice, except Edwards medical now claim that they will not do the assessment. I am now scrambling to find another doctor to do the assessment, since my original dr has retired. ICBC is cutting off all my therapy and treatment, and I no longer get paid my wages until I get the assessment. I have filed a complaint with the College of Physicians and will follow up with it. Also beware of DR Oyekoles receptionist. She is rude, hasn't a clue how to handle patients or there needs. She has refused to give me an appointment every day for a week now and promises to ask the DR if he will do the assessment, and says she will call back. Every day she says that and she never has spoke to the DR about this, and continues to lie to me that she will. She is clearly overwhelmed in her position. Edwards medical should fire her, she is horrible. Also keep in mind, as stated above, if you need a band aid , Edwards medical can help, but if you need anything more substantial than that, the doctors cant do it. Now looking for another Family Doctor, this one is non qualified.

Went in to talk about some pre-existing conditions I had. Was told I had leukemia. Got my blood work done that night in a panic and was back in the next day with the results as directed. Was then informed I didn't have anything except "anxiety" and that he has real patients to deal with and didn't have time for me. I went to another dr to alleviate some of the concerns these people put on me and was informed I do infact have serious underlying medical conditions that were obvious in the symptoms I listed that this doctor was informed of, yet ignored. Thanks "doctor" Godwin. UPDATE: had to go into emergency surgery.

Nice receptionists (2 stars for them) Very unprofessional overall experience. The dr came in. - no introduction - not sure his name. Didn’t speak just looked at me ...I told him the issues, barely spoke, mumbled, I said I had a sore throat and never looked or addressed it. Took three phone calls in my very short appointment- but did mumble that hospitals call him after the third call, which is i guess is ok but would be more professional if he told me after the first call came through. Didn’t examine any part of me and Gave me a prescription and I am not even sure what is wrong with me. Probably one of the worst dr I have ever seen in my life. I would go back if there was a different dr working.

I went to Edward's crossing today to see if I could get a check up on me and my 4 month old son I am just stunned at how rude the receptionist was saying that they didn't take walk ins and that they don't take babies !!! She then told me to go see my family doctor I don't have a family doctor . And then a man walked in she started yelling at me me to watch out there is a man trying to get by me I had my 4 month old son in a stroller the man could have easily walked around me I have been mad all day thinking about this woman at the clinic unbelievable id give this place minus 5 stars if I could very rude receptionist

Stood in line before it opened. Waited 20 minutes to be seen by the receptionist which is fine I am patient and I know that they were busy. However when I went to go give my name I was asked the reason and I did say that it was for a work injury I noticed she had a stressed out expression and mumbled oh that takes 20 minutes... And then asked don't I have a family doctor I could follow up with I told her I wouldn't be able to as I already asked and my doctor is going on holidays. She denied my request to see a doctor because they were already at capacity after 5 minutes of being open and they do not have time to see me for a work injury as it takes to long and to try another clinic I'm just very confused and didn't know they Could do that. I felt like a huge burden like I shouldn't be there asking to see a doctor for this reason. I thought that doctors are supposed to help no matter how long the appointment takes.

Service was pleasant and will be sure to be back. Supervisor gave gift card as my products were not available after being bored so upgraded no extra charge. Coffee was warm so gave me a fresh new hot one. Over and above especially at a busy seasonal time. Thankyou.

I went to Edwards drop in clinic this morning. I have had back pain since Monday. The Dr said to me what do you expect me to do about it. I am so glad I knew when not to say what I was thinking. He mentioned images. But did not print out a request for them. He did not check my back. I said I would like some relief. Then he prescribed two medications. He did not tell me what the medications he was prescribing would do. Not once did he check my back. Dr Godwin could used some lessons on people skills. I have made a follow up appointment with my family dr. Who I would have gone to if I didn’t have to wait a week to see him. I have already been dealing with the pain since Monday
