All the staff/doctors are very nice, but trying to get ahold of them by phone is terrible. Will be on hold for 20 mins and then line will ring another 5 mins or more before anyone picks up.

The doctor I have is excellent no complaints there Dr wells is awesome but I've been trying to call the clinic for a week now no one answers the phone how can you run a business and never answer the phone really annoyed that I have to go down there in this freezing rain just to reschedule my appointment I hope they don't charge me for a missed appointment its not like I haven't been trying to contact them
