I went there to have a tooth filled ... not an emergency... one of the dentists had a cancellation and they said I could go in right away. The dentist looked at my tooth and told me he could do nothing for me and I should just leave it until it broke off. The same dentist had filled this tooth about 11 months earlier ... I think he did not like me saying that he had done the filling earlier. He did absolutely nothing but I was charged for the x-ray and they also charged the emergency fee (it was not an emergency)... I will never go back to this dentist again.

I don’t even think this place deserves one star! I had a bad infection in my mouth that went into my eye. I had severe cellulitis. I was hooked up to IV for 5 days and had antibiotics by mouth as well to take. When I was all done with iv medication and regular antibiotics, I had a dentist appointment with Northside dental. The dentist did X-rays and told me I had a cavity but he could not fill it until I had a teeth cleaning. He set up a day to come back next week to get a cleaning and shoved me out the door. Never did anything about the problem or infection I had. I went straight to a different dental office as I wanted a second opinion. My face was swelling again and I knew infection was still there. I was told I have severe periodontal disease. My back molars in my mouth have lost all bone and are just hanging there. The teeth need to come out. I’m back on meds for infection for a week, then get molars taken out next Friday. Can you imagine if I had gone for a cleaning before anything done what it would do?!?! I’m so very upset the dentist at Northside did nothing! Will never go back here nor will my son!

He is great with our kids, and highly skilled. The team feels cohesive and friendly, I enjoy their company (which says a lot while in the dental chair!)

Our 1 and 4 year old see Dr. Morand and we highly recommend him. Great with kids, explains treatment plans thoroughly with parents, has great bedside manner, as does his assistant. We feel very grateful to have been referred to him.

Tried to call and book a cleaning. Got hung up on 3 times. Place has gone downhill since Dr.Cornhill had to retire. Time to find a better dental office. Update: Found a great new dental office. Lighthouse Dental better staff, attitude and hours!
