I need to share this, because talking to others, most don't go out of their way while they are making Christmas Cookies with her family! Dr. McHugh single handedly saved our Christmas. Our daughters device began to make her gums swell (actually teeth coming in that caused the damage). Anyhow, 2 days before Christmas we call the office as soon as we think they are open at 8:30 AM. Of course, the office is closed. Of course it is, it is 2 days before Christmas. On their VM they advise that if it is an emergency to leave a message and someone will call you back. Guess what, literally 1.5 hours after leaving the message, we were called back! Kudos # 1 - a business actually following through with what they say! Kudos # 2 - the doctor agrees to see us, on the same day! Kudos # 3 - Even though there was no clerical staff in the building, Dr McHugh came in and took care of my daughter! Eternally grateful that after the disaster of Christmas 2020, my daughter isnt going to be in pain and can enjoy Christmas 2022. If you are looking for an orthodontist that goes above and beyond for her patients, that no need to look any further!
