Everyone from the reception team, the 'nurses' and the doctors are kind and friendly. My exuberant puppy, Daisy, is always greeted with lots of petting and hugs. She also loves to give everyone puppy kisses. A nice office with clean rooms. No 'animal' smell which is good.

This place has been renovated and the renovations are an extension of their pre-existing excellent culture. They have it figured out when it comes to vet services and every human I came in contact with was professional and proficient.

I'd like to say that Dr. Egan was very personable, kind and took the time to answer all the questions we ask (and we asked a lot). We had two rabbits we cared very much for and interviewed several veterinarians before getting them fixed due to the complexity involved in intabating them. Dr. Egan has a flawless record and is well verst in the proper methods of intubation for rabbits, which is why we don't mind paying more. You're paying for quality healthcare when you go to Dr. Egan and it shows.

My pet was seen promptly (unlike my former vet clinic) and Dr. Shannon Luckham-Pickard was amazing. She accurately diagnosed my pet's ongoing chronic problem, which others could not and therefore it was never solved by simple prevention. I'm normally very happy with my service here. However I booked an appointment for 230 today because I was told they had lots of availability. I arrived at 2:20 pm and called to let them know I was here. They advised someone would call me shortly to tell me how to access the building. I then watch 6 different people pull up and go in before us. Someone came out to talk to the cat owners that just pulled up beside us and I inquired politely if I was missed as it had been 25 mins and now 7 had gone in after we arrived. She said "you're with another doctor" then proceeded to continue to talk to the cat owners. I asked again, any idea of how long? "Nope". Truly annoyed tone. I was dismissed. I then called 10 minutes later asking if I should rebook. I was told matter of factually that our dr was called to an emergency. I'm in the parking lot waiting. Could that not have been communicated that to me? I had 2 kids in the car and one had to go to the bathroom. So unprofessional. Also, we have seen a different doctor every time we have come. Could we not just have seen a different doctor? If I had been spoken to kindly, I would not be writing this. Everyone spoke to me like they were so annoyed when I was being polite. Covid or not, you don't have to be rude.

They are not your typical vet and they provide a warm comfortable situation for helping your beloved fur family members over the rainbow bridge. If you don't solely take your animal here they treat you disrespectfully and give off the impression that they take it personally when you decide to have more then one vet. They were rude and seemed not to care that my animal was in pain. I have more then one vet specifically for emergency purposes. Most vet clinics won't see an animal they haven't seen before, so this way to ensure that if something awful were to happen, I had options. Don't hate your clients, hate your system. I wish the vet world worked more compassionately.

I had to come here and write something great about this place. Our dog Sky was chasing sticks and rammed one down her throat. We thought she would be fine, but after a few days we realized she wouldn't open her mouth. We called and had her in that morning. As expected, there was a large piece of wood embedded at back of mouth and a tear. We picked her up that afternoon and she has completely recovered and trying for us to throw sticks for her again. We have switched to only balls and ropes.... she looks so disappointed now when we won't throw them, but don't want it to happen again. Thank you to the staff for what you did that day!

There are not even the right words to describe how amazing the clinic and staff are! We have had the great pleasure of being a client of Dr.Fife’s for around 5 years now and he is by far the best Veterinarian we have ever dealt with. Extremely educated, compassionate, friendly, patient, and has a genuine care for the animals.
