I literally just went in today, walked up three flights of stairs only to be turned away upon walking in. My boyfriend went back and mentioned that I've been puking non stop for about 4 solid days. I understand you guys need to get your patients through that are registered already in there. But not even allowing me to express what is happening is not fair nor is it right. I should not have to wait at the local emergency room, meant for actual emergencies, exposing myself to further viruses and bacteria while also exposing other people to what's happening to me. I just had enough of a clear window to come out and seek medical treatment. So thank you for turning me away and making me wait even longer to obtain medical assistance. Healthcare is free. Just don't become sick everyone. They will turn you away.

MD CONNECT Chatham is a great walk-in service. Both Marlea and Denise work long hours during their on duty days. I have yet to see either of them be anything less than professional and pleasant. They are efficient and try to connect you with the doctor that has helped you previously. Being impossible to get a family GP locally, MDC has been my go to place for the last year since moving to the area. Timing is everything and I always pick a time that I feel would be less busy. Hats off to MDC for having a clinic here and my thanks to Marlea and Denise for their caring and dedicated service!

Visiting the MD Connected Chatham location was a great experience. It was fast & efficient and I will definitely be going back there again next time I have to see a doctor. Even though the doctor is not physically present, it worked well. The nurses play an important part, and would not work without them, they are amazing!

I was very happy with the service. Fast and efficient and my nurse was caring friendly and compassionate. I would recommend this clinic to everyone . The Dr I was connected to was also wonderful . She spoke to all my symptoms and dispensed the appropriate meds . Within 2 weeks my pneumonia and ear and sinus infections were healed .

I find MD connect the next best place to go if you do not have a family doctor. I have had a great experience with the staff and connecting to a Doctor. I bring my 3 children also and have had no issues whatsoever.

It's a quick appointment, doctors are good. Only complaint is I've been having issues talking about what's been wrong when I have 3 different doctors everytime I go in - so I never get clear treatment and no one's ever on the same page even thought I have a client file.

New to Chatham so I don't have a family doctor as of yet but I required a renewal of an number of Rx's. I filled in the request for a "Virtual" appointment opting for a phone call rather than a video appt and within 10 minutes I received a call from a medical professional. She reviewed the information I had inputed to the system asking a couple of more questions and advised me a doctor would be contacting me shortly. I presumed it would be after the weekend as it was after 5pm Friday but I received a call from the doctor within the hour! She was very polite, professional but relaxed in conversation and not only confirmed immediate affirmation of my Rx's being filled, with taking notes on my medical history she advised she would be referring me to a specialist which definitely fast tracked my needs! I am extremely impressed and happy with the service so far and will not hesitate to contact them should I have any non-emergency health concerns!

Meeting with the nurse who was very friendly and knowledgeable, then connecting with the doctor online via screen was seamless and easy to talk and ask questions. Uncertain about this new way for us to seek medical attention but it went well and our needs were met in a timely manner; avoiding long wait in Emerge.

Called ahead to see if they would still take people late. She said "as long as you're here before 7pm, I can take you" I showed up at 615! And she refused to take me because "she was no longer taking patients " even though no one else was there.... Don't waste your time here.
