I first went to see Dr. Labelle about 2 years ago to check out some pretty unpleasant foot pain. Between the initial consult and the follow ups, I can say everyone at the clinic is super nice! The front-desk people are welcoming, the assistant is nice, and doc himself is a cool guy (I kinda wish he was my family doctor). The only thing I'd change about this place is the old-school cash-only policy, especially when my purchase of 2 orthotics cost me more than I can take out from the ATM in 1 day, haha.

Doctor was more than 1 hour behind, spent 10 mins. with me, no foot care at all ( didn't cut my nails) didn't investigate an ingrown I've been dealing with for 30 years. He wasn't willing to take me back, to make it the appointment it should have been, without charging another 100$. Terrible!

For a year I wasn't able to walk more than 30 feet without pain. It came to the point that I couldn't keep up with my wife. I gave in and followed Quebec's convoluted system of seeing a GP to get a referral. My first visit with Dr. Labelle and his assistant Kelly ended with a recommendation to get orthotics. They are expensive but with insurance paying 80% I figured why not. So I followed the introduction recommendations and voila. I just got back from a cruise. I have walked many miles and never felt that old familiar foot and ankle pain. The Dr. says it will take a few months for everything to adjust but honestly the pain relief I have experienced after 1 month is worth 10 to.es the price I paid. I was sceptical going in but I'm a believer now.
