This is the most unprofessional business I have ever heard of. They are rude and just did not show up for a job. When they call me 2 hours after scheduled appointment, they are rude on the phone like I did something wrong. DO NOT USE this company....lots of better options.

The owner and his employee came for cleaning several furniture and a large carpet. Definitely made a difference! Most of the spots were removed and the colour of the fabric looks so much better and brighter! They were both so sweet and professional. I’d recommend them and choose them again for our future cleaning needs ????

Kevin was nice, but his communication leaves something to be desired. I contacted Steam Doctor to clean the entrance and stairs to our condo. I sent him pictures of salt stains in the entrance and dark stains on our stairs. Upon arrival, he charged me an additional $30 for the salt stain and stairs stains. Once he finished cleaning the carpet he said he'd come back to touch up the entrance if the salt stain resurfaced once the carpet dried. I've been emailing Kevin for several weeks to get him to come back to get rid of the stubborn salt stain. He promised to come numerous times but hasn't and now won't return my emails. He also said he'd email me an invoice but never did. Update: August 30 2020 Still nothing.
