I was never able to speak to anyone .... my partner tried and called 10 times a on different days, messages left on the voicemail box and still no reminder appointment or sign of life. I also work in a medical center and still find it exaggerated that it is so complex and unsuccessful to make a simple appointment with a family doctor. Not impressed at all. (Original) J'ai appelée 18 fois en 4 jours pour obtenir un rendez-vous avec mon médecin de famille.....je n'ai jamais pu parler a quelqu'un....mon conjoint à lui essayé et appeler 10 fois a des jours différents, messages laissés sur la boîte vocal et toujours pas de rendez-vous de rappel pu signe de vie. Je travail moi aussi en centre médical et trouve tout de même exagéré que ce soit aussi complexe et infructueux pour prendre un simple RDV avec un médecin de famille. Pas impressionné du tout.

SORRY LONG STATUS : This morning I was having trouble breathing. Every time I took a breathe my chest hurt as if someone was stabbing me. So, james and I jumped out of bed and went to the Desjardins clinic as fast as possible. I know during the week you have to call and make an appointment at 6:00 pm but, I thought on Saturdays it was walk in. At first the secretary wasn't going to take me until I told her I had trouble breathing. I went and sat down with james waited about 15 minutes and they had called my name! I went into the room and the nurse came in asking me my symptoms. I began telling her but I had trouble explaining in french and of course the nurse refused to speak to me in english. She started being very rude to me. I was asking her questions and she was ignoring me. Before she left she said the doctor was going help me. Then I realized, that this woman is pissed off at me because I didn't have an appointment! They made me wait 50 minutes in the room (keep in mind I had trouble breathing) and I can hear the doctor talking to a man who was french. They weren't even talking about his problem! They were talking about his wife and blah blah. I was getting impatient. Finally the doctor comes in listens to my lungs pokes my face a bit, asks if there's pain. I told her I just have have runny nose, sore throat and trouble breathing. She then asks me if I had used pumps before which is a yes, I had them my entire life. She prescribes me Ventolen. What else is new? I ask her if there any medication I can take that can help the other symptoms she said 'no, if you're still sick in 2 weeks come back'. Well, that's very helpful isn't it! I also told her I have a few other problems I was wondering if she could take care of and she quickly said ' no,no,no,no I don't have time for that you have to take an appointment and come back'. I'm like lady are you kidding me? You couldn't even give me some advice? Like, what I should buy at the pharmacy to help the virus? Maybe tell me why my chest is hurting when I breathe? Nope. She told me to put my jacket on because we were done. I seriously can't get over how rude these women were to me. They were only mad because I didn't make an appointment when I had a serious emergency! Thanks Clinique Desjardins yet again for nothing! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!

Il a reglé le premier (facile je le savais cetait de l'excema javais juste besoin de creme prescrite) mais le plus important est que j'ai des engourdissements du cote droit. Et bien je me suis fait repondre: Vous devrez consulter un autre medecin, car je suis en retard, je ne peux pas me permettre d'evaluer ce probleme. Il m'a dit: comprenez moi, ce n'est aps que je ne veux pas vous aider...c'est que je ne peux pas...je suis en retard....DONC si vous voulez être bien evalue et bien soignee, aller a la clinique en haut du BRUNET....là ou on prend le temps de vous ecouter et de vous soigner...malgre les retards. Pour moi le dr ARDIT HAXHIJA.... C fini.... Pu jamais....
