Had a emergency because i had a piece of metal stuck in my eye and i had been told to come right now. As i get there everything was fine and told me they will pass me through two patient but after 45 minutes to 1 hour had passed and multiple people went through as i go ask the lady in the front desk she said that i am the next person in line and i told her ¨you know i have a piece of metal in the eye¨ and she had the audacity to say ¨youre lucky that we took you win.¨ soo i decide to leave and went to a other optometrist.

The Reception was nice, they took care of me well, the issue I had was with one of the “Doctors” Stanislav Ponomarenko. He was very vague and did not care at all. The best way I can describe him is “Okay next”. Had the audacity to tell me go see a doctor.. aren’t YOU a doctor? Anyways the one star I have is purely for the reception. VERY disappointed.
