Les médecins sont à l'écoute, tout le personnel est attentif et prévenant. Le service d'urgence est excellent. Habituellement la même journée, sur rendez-vous fixe en appelant le matin. J'y ai même trouvé un médecin de famille. Bref, c'est le bonheur.

I waited 7 and a half hours to see the doctor just for him to tell me he cannot help me! He was so rude and unwilling to explain things to me. Then for whatever reason he felt the need to mention that it was his clinic. I did not get the name of the doctor but he is the perfect example of why doctors should get some type of logistics or management training. There is already a lack of doctors and medical staff. We already know there are long waiting lines. THEREFORE, the least this doctor can do is run his clinic effectively. Previous to going in, I called the clinic numerous times and no one answered. If he had trained the receptionist to ask clients what they are coming in for and this receptionist had knowledge about the services the doctor can offer, I would have saved a full day. Furthermore, if someone had answered the phone and let me know they could not help me, again I wouldn't have wasted my time. Their excuse for having neither service is because they have too many patients. TERRIBLE CLINIC

My son had an emergency, we were seen within ten minutes stitched up and out of the clinic within 20 minutes.. Everytime I go there the service is fast and the doctors are good.

What do I do with that? If there is a urinary tract infection for 2 weeks ... probably his kidneys could be damaged and have sequelae for the rest of their day? Incredible ... do I have to start the process again and wait another 2 weeks. This health system and clinics like this make me absolutely furious! Une semaine plutard, le premier résultat étant donné que saurait pu être le diabète selon les symptômes était négatif, heureusement. Le deuxième résultats arrive 2 semaines après la visite à la clinique disait qu'il y a une possibilité d'infection urinaire mais le rapport ne l'indique pas clairement. Sa sonne le peut-être que oui, peut-être que non. Je fais quoi avec ça? S'il y a infection urinaire depuis 2 semaines...probablement que ses reins puissent être endommagé et auront des séquelles pour le reste de leur jour? Incroyable...est-ce que je dois recommencer le processus et attendre un autre 2 semaines. Ce système de santé et les cliniques comme celle là me rende complètement furieux!

This place is garbage. Receptionist are rude. Went in last year cause of chronic back pain and had to see 3 different doctors cause the first two didnt understand nothing in English. Went in to make an appointment with the doctor after doing tests from another place and they told me they can't prebook my appointment and i have to fight for a spot even though ive been going there since December of last year... Dr. Primeau is ok. He's not rude, he's not too friendly either but that's ok. Even though there were many patients coming in and out of his door, i never once heard the water run...ever. I can only assume this means he is not washing his hands in between seeing patients.

The clinic is fine no issues there. However I needed to have x-rays done, I called to verify their hours, which on the day I went were until 9 pm. I arrive at 5:30 to learn they are closed until 6:30. No mention of this on their site, answering machine or when I called and spoke to the receptionist.

2 years ago I went through emergency room to ask for a renew my birth control pills prescription because I was about to run out. Dr Pierre Boisvert called me in and as soon as I asked for what I needed he went off all offended saying that he’s not a gynaecologist and saying that he doesn’t do anything “physical”. Obviously I was only asking for a simple note for the pharmacist so I can continue taking them.. NOT TO CHECK ME?? I’ve told myself that I hope I never ever see this narcissistic doctor again however I didn’t remember his name. TODAY, I went in the emergency room for chest pain that lasted over 24 hours so I thought maybe I should check in on that so unfortunately that same doctor called my name. He started off speaking French to me so I politely asked him to please speak English. Then he got all frustrated and waving his hands around, asking why I don’t speak French, that I should learn to speak French because this is Quebec and how he knows how to speak 4 languages such as Latin?!! After when I took an X-ray on my lungs to check on them, he only found an inflammation on my rib cage so he’s like “Well I’m very disappointed that you only came here for a little chest problem when I have other patients in line.” WHAT THE HELL?? HOW IS HE A DOCTOR?? Shame on him!! He is very unprofessional and he doesn’t even explain anything that has to do with my health but bully me because I’m a anglophone!! The owner of the clinic or whoever is in charge of Dr Pierre Boisvert, should look into his awful service and his knowledge! As a human being, you should have the right to speak whatever language you feel comfortable speaking!! Especially when it comes to health! The worst doctor I have ever visited. If you’re going to come to this clinic, ask for any doctor but this one. Especially for Anglophones out there. At least now I know his name. I’m disgusted.
Upon my arrival, I had mentioned I had a sitter for my son; that’s why I did my due diligence in booking ahead, but complete disregard for your appointment booked long in advance, and absolutely in no way will they advise you upon arrival you’ll be waiting 2+hours, even with an appointment!! They say the have emergencies; I say those emergencies should go to a hospital and if you give scheduled appointments honour them. I understand, everyone understands you guys are ALWAYS late, just common practice in your field, but come on, this is absolutely unacceptable and shame on you truly for not being upfront and make us waste our time. You could of kindly let me know when I first came in and I would of rescheduled, wouldn’t you want the same courtesy in return? Clearly not, hope you people end up waiting when you go out in public places, I hope you guys make reservations to your favourite restaurant, and you have to wait 2+ hours to be seated, without warning, and that they give you attitude when you ask what’s happening, see how that feels….
