Ma blonde fait de la fybromialgie et est allergique à la plupart des médicament(antidouleur, anti-inflammatoire,antibiotique). Ma blonde devait se faire extraire une dent cependant la veille du rendez-vous, sa fille est tombé malade: vomissement et fièvre. Dû a cela tous les trois nous avons passé une nuit blanche. Stressées, fatiguées et épuisées nous aurions pensé que la clinique serait compréhensive face à notre situation et nous aurait permis de reporter le rendez-vous.Surtout qu'en temp de covid les symptômes de sa fille n' auraient pas dû être pris à la légère ainsi. De plus qu'il est indiqué clairement que si nous sommes malade de rester à la maison et de ne pas se présenter. Étant consciente qu'il y avait des frais s'il avait annulation.La réponse de la secrétaire Josée ne fut pas clément. Voici ce qu'elle m'a répondu avec arrogance: Ta blonde doit se présenter à son rendez-vous parce que sinon je lui en donne pas d autre et toi tu resteras dans l'auto avec sa fille et elle est assez grande pour monter toute seule.Je tiens a préciser que ma blonde à toujours été une cliente ponctuelle et respectueuse envers les règlements de la clinique. Je suis outrée. Je me voyais déjà dans l'auto avec la petite qui vomis dans un bol pauvre enfant!! Découragé, ma blonde et moi en discutons et décidons de rappeler pour annuler le rendez-vous et dû à l'arrogance et à l'indifférence de la secrétaire décidons de ne plus faire affaire avec eux. Surprise elle nous rappel pour nous informer des frais d'annulation de 75,00$ que nous devons débourser si nous voulons avoir un autre rendez-vous.

Moi qui détestait aller chez le dentiste à l'époque, maintenant je ne me fais plus prier pour aller à mes nettoyages :-)
