Called and made appointments for my 2 children for a cleaning. Was told even though we were existing clients we would have to do the initial appointment again because it had been a few years. They completely neglected to tell me that they didn't book an appointment to have their teeth cleaned. Now it's a month and a half before I can get them in for their cleaning. Incompetent, complete lack of communication with clients. We have had issues almost every time we go in, with billing etc... We will not be back again.

really great staff here...great with my kids...and great with me! and they don't make you feel subhuman for not flossing....not that I don't floss 6 times a day or anything.. ahem..

very bad service the only thing that I received was the receipt I never receive a solution, they never wanted to give me the dentist report for some reason. Not recommended.

Went in as a new patient with a dental emergency. Staff was super helpful and quickly identified my issue that others people had overlooked or ignored. They quickly sorted me out and I was pain free after suffering for so long. Amazing work and super grateful to everyone their.

I am an absolute coward re dentists and lenox were great- very thoughtful and gentle. More importantly they were the only dentist in charlottetown that had someone who answered the phone when my daughter was in awful pain. Brilliant dentist- if i could give them 10 stars I would.

Wonderful staff! I cannot thank Dr. MacDonald and the rest of the team enough for immediately fitting me in for an emergency appointment. I am on vacation from out of province, experiencing a quickly worsening toothache and they bent over backwards to help me thereby rescuing my vacation. I am very appreciative and highly recommend their services.
