Having a fear of needles and dental work, requiring dental surgery is a perfect storm of anxiety. Every single staff member at Dr. Shaffner's office was extremely accommodating and understanding throughout the entire process. In person and with my many questions over the phone they were very polite and professional, getting back to me quickly with thorough and accurate responses. Highly recommended. 5/5 stars.
