I visited here because some part of glue on my retainer were broken. They are very nice. And the one who fixed broken glue was professional. She explained very well and made me feel comfortable. Price was a little bit expensive than I expected but overall I am satisfied with their service.

I have been a patient in both the Summerside office as well as the Charlottetown office. I cannot express how amazing ALL of my experiences were in both offices. The ladies that worked on my teeth were nothing but the most kind, genuine, and happiest workers I have ever met.. as well as absolutely hilarious; they always made sure I walked out that door with a huge smile on my face. They really do go above and beyond to treat you as their number 1 patient and I am extremely happy that I could experience this all first hand. I would recommend DOCBRACES; the Summerside and Charlottetown office's to ANYONE!! These orthodontist's know what they're doing!! Thank for everything Doc! <3

Got my braces off early, had an AMAZING orthodontist assistant, everyone is friendly and loves to chat with you. If you listen well to Dr.Macmanaman you could get your braces off early too!!

Pretty much my whole life, I always tried to hide my smile in pictures. Now that I'm in my 30's, I made the decision to get braces so I could finally stop hiding my smile. So I embarked on my journey and joined the team at Docbraces in Charlottetown, PEI. My experience at Docbraces has been incredible and much more than I imagined. The team are so welcoming, friendly, and they always got in on short notice even just to snip a wire that was scratching the inside of my mouth. As little as 3 months, I could see dramatic changes in my smile. I recenlty just won 2 Cineplex passes and a free popcorn from the team at Docbraces. I would highly recommend Docbraces to any child or adult if you are considering getting braces. Thank you Docbraces!

Multiple visits for no solution and got told in a way that they never want to see me back to their office. The gap between my teeth (not gum) has been there since last time they removed the last aligners and used a floss string to close those gaps but one is still there. My lower teeth, on side leans more outward than the other. Dr. Thompson was rude, telling me all he could do is to give me new retainers at no charge and I couldn’t even explain a word to him. I paid for the retainer plan. Nothing is free and I did not come there for free service. I paid over $6000 plus my time and effort. The result is not equivalent to the resources that I put in. This is so unfair. Moving backwards, dr. Mcmanaman did something on my retainers telling me to wear them for 3 months, I came back after over 3 months, no change, and he did again something with my retainers, nothing has changed, the gap and uneven teeth are still there. I do not recommend this place and especially dr Thompson.
