Lowering my rating to 3 stars. Client since 2015. They closed my clinic in Lac Beauport and increase their price dramatically over the past year. A 30 minutes doctor visit used to cost 200$ (pre-pandemic) now it's 250$. Today they charged me 330$ for a 15 minutes visit because I had the doctor fill an SAAQ form (which took him less than 5 minutes) that cost extra. I don't care to pay for a service but asking 330$ for 15 minutes, that's a bit much. Will no longer recommend them to friends.

Elle a repondu a mes questions a m’a permi de faire un choix eclairé, mettant bien en lumiere les signaux d’alerte auxquels je dois porter attention et m’a félicité d’avoir fait mes devoirs qd à ma conditions. Ca m’a fait plaisir d’etre qualifiée de « patiente avisée ». Mes symptômes s’atténuent rapidement et mon sommeil ????????????????, documenté par ma montre intelligente, c’est amélioré d’une facon remarquable. Ca tient du miracle apres 14 ans d’errance médicale. En allant prendre l’ascenseur, j’ai vu qu’il y avait un service de dermatologie au 4e. A la réception, Jennifer m’a réservé un accueil chaleureux et m’a donné un rdv rapidement. Elle a téléphoné pour m’offrir de devancer mon rdv et a fait un rappel la veille du rdv. Avec mes problèmes de mémoire : ce fut grandement apprécié. Le Dr Doré a effectué un examen minutieux, et a su me rassurer sur mes taches de « sagesse » m’a fait d’excellentes recommandations et a répondu a toutes mes questions???? Ces deux spécialistes m’ont donné un excellent service. Il y a eu un petit imbroglio avec une prescription qui n’était pas rendue a la pharmacie, alors qu’on m’avait assurée qu’elle avait été transmise. L’équipe a réglé le problème rapidement.
