Cette clinique a rien fait pour mes problèmes de façon efficace. Ils ont seulement empiler les rdz et la prescription de meds pour se faire plus d'argent quand depuis le tout début, ils savaient NE PAS ÊTRE qualifié pour me traiter. Abonnez-vous ailleurs. Si on est pour payer en surplus pour du privé, c'est sensé être efficace. Ce qu'ils n'ont pas été dans mon cas.

On prend un RDV d'urgence à peine 48 heures d'avances, on va ensuite mieux le lendemain et il faudrait quand même aller voir le médecin pour rien car on se fait charger le plein prix de la consultation. Je pourrais comprendre pour des RDV pris plusieurs semaines d'avances qui accapare des places pendant un long lapse de temps et qu'on annule à la dernière minute, mais pas pour une plage horaire qui était libre la veille ou l'avant veille et destinée aux urgences sporadiques. À la limite si vous chargiez 50% de la consultation, les gens n'iraient pas voir un médecin pour rien pour jaser de la pluie et du beaux temps et vous auriez la chance d'attribuer cette plage à quelqu'un qui a vraiment besoin de consulter le jour même, au net vous feriez plus d'argent, auriez des plages attribuable le jour même et vos clients n'auraient pas un goût amer ou l'impression d'aller voir un médecin pour rien simplement car y aller ou ne pas y aller reviens au même coût.

I had a visit to this clinic right before Christmas. I've failed to find any "government" walk-in clinic in Brossard and was advised to call Privamed. I don't have a membership in this clinic but since the reason for the visit was not a chronical condition and didn't require a follow-up, they've agreed to give me an appointment on the same day. A receptionist charged money by phone from my credit card to secure an appointment and test. And the exam was supposed to be done by a nurse practitioner. All this info was provided upon a phone conversation. For my case, it was a perfect solution because I really needed a prescription of antibiotic what was confirmed in the exam and by test. NP gave me prescription and off I went. Overall it cost me about $80 if I am not mistaking. If you really need quick and good service, just call them and ask if they can take you. For my situation, it was a great relief and help. And I was very happy to find them at the moment I needed medical help the most.

My doctor decided to join this clinic. Maybe it's better for her administration but not for clients. I used to be able to take my next annual checkup as I paid for the previous one. Not anymore. I cannot take it until the doctor's scheduled is entered in the system which is only one month ahead. Same for any other appointment. No improvement there. And nowhere it is written when you access the system. It would be an easy thing to add a notice on the appointment screen or a 'crawler' at the bottom of screen that you cannot access a doctor's schedule more than a month ahead. Now with Covid19, you cannot take an appointment online at all, you have to call. Again it is nowhere to be seen.What is the purpose of all this website for the client if it cannot facilitate the clients' interaction with the doctor and clinic? No this website is probably very good for the doctor and administrative personnel. I love my doctor but for the first time in over 30 years I am thinking of changing practicioner. Surely not what your Clinic needs to convey. Lastly, I noticed a review of exactly such a person, some time ago, but - contrary to most other reviews - she or he, did not warrant a response from your Clinic. I am sure that this is on oversight by the Privamed management, an am sure that a short message on your pre-recorded tape also in English will go a long way to further establish your otherwise good services in the future.

Ive come many times to Privamed for myself and my parents, and have so far walked away with good service by different doctors. A recent experience last week that resulted in an operation for my father is making me write a review (which I normally do not do). My father was complaining about stomach issues over the weekend, and luckily we got an early appt with Dr Cosette on Monday. He wanted to send my dad to the ER right away, but decided to get a scan done first to confirm his thoughts. After he got the results in the evening, he called my father and made sure he rushed immediately to the ER to have his appendix removed. Im glad that Dr. Cosette made sure my dad went for the scan, and then followed up in the evening, otherwise, had we waited, it would have been a bad situation. Luckily, my dad got operated on the next afternoon, and was home the same day!

Quant à la détresse de notre fils, elle m’a dit que suite à sa discussion avec lui (de 10 minutes!), selon elle il a l’air correct..! De plus pendant notre rencontre, son téléphone a sonné. Elle a pris l’appel, et a dit à la personne en ligne (probablement la secrétaire) : «Oui je sais j’ai du retard, je suis en train de closer avec le patient.. Oui je sais c’est long, je close là…», alors que nous étions en plein échange. La cerise sur le sundae, elle recommande à mon fils de téléphoner à SOS Suicide-jeunesse si ses idées noires reviennent, et qu’en principe elle n’est pas supposée faire ça car ca prend de son temps, mais qu’elle va faire une exception POUR CETTE FOIS, et nous écrire le numéro de téléphone sur un post-it !! Pour vrai, au prix qu’on a payé pour obtenir cette «consultation» avec elle, je ne crois pas que nous écrire un numéro de téléphone soit si exigeant. Je ne sais pas si c’est parce que notre rencontre tombait un vendredi en fin de journée et qu’elle avait hâte de finir sa journée pour arriver au weekend, mais j’ai trouvé Dre Dulude extrêmement insensible à la situation. Incredibly unethical business. Partner made an appointment, signing up for what she thought was a monthly membership. Turns out buried in the fine print is that it was actually a yearly membership and they won't cancel. This is in no way clear from the information presented (only available in French mind you, so you might want to consider that if you're an Anglophone). Stay far away unless you want a full year commitment.

Thanks to the patients who took time to write reviews of their experiences with this clinic. I was looking into finding a private clinic since our public health care system has failed to provide sufficient and efficient service to taxpayers. A word to the clinic staff; the unsatisfied reviews are not the only reason that you will loose clients, but certainly your responds to your patients unhappiness would be enough to scare away a new client.

The service is fast however you'll pay the administration fee and the fee for the visit and they don't diagnose you! I went in with pain in my bladder so paid almost 500 for fees and lab work and still don't know what's wrong! So no wait time but not a good service if you want to feel taken care of and have your issues resolved go to cardiogenics I switched because the privamed was closer, 500$ mistake and some of reception staff is rude! When my tests came back negative I asked so then what is wrong, the response "don't know come pay for another visit!"
