Being an Anglophone in the area, I have had the worst experience so far. I do my best with French and the reception is not helpful and unpleasant. I have gone back many times to ask for blood referrals that aren't being given but needed for my job. Being a high risk pregnancy, last week after my first ultrasound that I had to get through emergency at the hospital, we found out that my due date changed, when back at the clinic the receptionist told me that it wasn't important so my boyfriend (french) stepped in. This afternoon, I was given back CSST paperwork, all wrong because I wasn't listened too about my delivery date. Having a horrible first experience.

Tu essaie d'avoir des rendez-vous ou le papiers pour les bilan sanguin mais personnes qui répond au téléphone. Quand tu decides de te déplacer pour voir ce qui ce passe avec ton dossier, elles te regardent comme si tu n'étais personne, rien d'important. Pas un sourire ou une simple trace de respect. Elles te disent comme quoi elles ont essayer a plusieurs reprises de te rejoindre sans reponse, ce qui est totalement faux. Et la elle termine avec la goûte de trop " après 3 appels sans réponse, on vous considère comme ayant fait une fausse couche et on passe a la prochaine." et paf, d'un coup tu n'as plus aucun rendez-vous et les disponibilité pour n'en avoir un autre sont plusieurs mois plus tard. Je préfère et de loin faire le trajet jusqu'à une clinique a Longueuil, la au moins il y a de bonne cliniques.

The appointments last 5 minutes and the wait is about 45 minutes to be called by the gynecologist. There is room for improvement. Les rendez-vous dure 5 minutes et l'attente est environ 45 minutes pour te faire appeler par le gynécologue. Il y place à l'amélioration.

J'ai fait un éclampsy ! Non pas une pré-éclampsy! Mon fils est née a 31 semaines et nous avions tout les deux eux besoin de réanimations et un suivi intense pendant longtemps! J'ai su de mon éclampsy arrivé à mtl pour un décollement massif. Ils nous traites comme des numéros et ne prennent pas le temps de nous rassurer et ne prennent pas le temps de faire du cas par cas même a en mettee des vie en danger! Si c'est votr première grossesse et vous n'en savez pas plus comme moi je ne réfère pas cet endroit... de plus il n'y a pas de stationnement donc en hivers grosse bedaine faites attentions ça glisse !

Despite the Covid-19 pandemic circumstances that are disappointing the clinic takes all the necessary measures to make sure everyone is safe. I am always greeted very nicely, the clinic is new, and the specialists are knowledgeable and always very pleasant. They always let me call my husband for him to hear the heart beat as he isn't allowed in. I would definitely recommend.

Le personnel est tellement gentil et les DR super merci. Le problème c’est l’organisation. J’ai aucune idée comment ils sont organisés mais ça ne marche pas . J’ai des problèmes depuis ma pose de stérilet et j’ai appeler il y a deux semaines et j’ai des réponses aux compte goutte. Je comprend qu’il sont débordé, mais c’est pars normal de jouer comme ça avec les gens. J’irais bien voir un autre DR , mais mon DR de famille m’a dit que je devais consulter ceux qui me l’on poser. Je crois que je vais me le faire enlever et remettre ailleurs. Je suis à bout de nerfs, stresser avec mon bébé de 3 mois je ne peut pas me permettre d’aller à l’urgence surtout en pandémie.

(Original) Pour avoir fait mon suivi de ma première grossesse à cet endroit, je trouve tout d'abord qu'elle n'est pas adaptée pour les femmes enceintes. Pour se stationner, vous devez vous trouvez une place dans le quartier. Et l'hiver, c'est l'enfer car si vous êtes stationnée loin de la clinique, vous devez marcher...ensuite, quand vous entrez, il n'y a aucune chaise pour qu'on puisse s'asseoir pour enlever nos bottes...Et si vous amenez vos enfants, laisser tomber la poussette, il y a une marche pour entrer dans la clinique et aucune table à langer. Vous devez vous servir du comptoir de la salle de bain...Et concernant les gynéco, ils sont froid et nous prenne pour un numéro. Pour ma 2e grossesse, je me suis alors tournée vers la Maison de naissance de Richelieu! Je la recommande à toutes les femmes!!! Aucune déception, un suivi et un accouchement de rêve!!!

La seule personne vraiment gentille dans cette clinique est l'infirmiere qui vous pesera chaque mois. Je suis enceinte de mon 2e enfants et j'ai changer de clinique a 5 mois de grossesse. Juste plus capable de voir voir leur face bete!! Prenez le temps de chercher un peu plus longtemps pour une autre clinique.

Ne choisissez pas cette clinique si vous êtes parano et avez besoin de vous faire flatter... Seul gros irritant pour moi c’est d’avoir souvent eu jusqu’à 1h de retard sur mes rendez-vous. Doc. Aubin est super agréable mais j’ai aussi adoré la confiance et la competence de Doc Perreault et Landry en salle d’accouchement (c’est là que ca compte vraiment!)
