My doctor told me to call here to make sure they had my bloodwork paperwork she faxed they were VERY rude. She told me she couldn't speak English which is fine, but at least someone in the medical health clinic should speak English when and english person calls. Left me on hold just to pick up the phone again and be rude some more. I asked if they had my paperwork she said "we have lots of people's paper work. I dont know who you are." she never asked for my name she didn't ask who my doctor was and honestly I'm surprised she still has a job there. As someone who's husband was stationed here I didn't have a choice in what province we were sent to and to be disrespected based on my language? Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

Un manque de collaboration, un monsieur qui était le troisième derrière moi n'avait qu'à lui donner une enveloppe et repartir, elle lui a dit d'attendre son tour il a dû retourner en ligne, franchement manque de tact! J'espère que quelqu'un prend la peine de lire ici et leur demander de modifier ces comportements désagréables.
