The doctors are fine, but this clinic has terrible policies. Even if you have a family doctor, there is never an appointment slot, but somehow every day they take 30 walk-ins. There is basically no way to see doctor other than coming before 8:30 (when they open the doors) and wait outside no matter how cold it is (and how sick you are). Recently, they don't even give a time to walk-ins and make you stay there for hours without letting you go home and come back. Terrible treatment of sick people.

Il ne donne aucune suggestion ou pitié. La clinique ouvre à 8-9h mais j'peux vous assurer qu'il y aura du monde vers 6h du matin. Alors si tu veux un rendez vous tôt, bonne chance pour attendre dehors sous la pluie,neige,etc. En tout cas, c'est meilleur que l'hôpital, mais même à ça, attend toi pas à du "amazing" service.

Il faut arriver avant l'ouverture si vous voulez être vu la journée même. Ils vous donne une heure à laquelle vous devez revenir pour voir le médecin donc nul besoin d'attendre pendant mille ans dans la clinique. Si vous habitez proche vous pouvez donc vaquer à vos occupations ou retourner à la maison en attendant votre tour :)! Les médecins spécialistes sont très gentils et sont braiment à leur affaire ! Sincèrement je recommande cet endroit j'ai toujours été satisfaite.

Doctors are great but receptionist never answer the phone. Really hard to get in communication with anyone. Love my family doctor but eversince she moved to this office it's impossible to reach her.

I was always happy with the kind and care of Dr. Dang; she is a great person and a kind doctor. BUT....Ever since she decided to move her clinic to the slums sector on Saint-Hubert, I feel IMMENSELY DISAPPOINTMENT on her choice of local for her practice. The personnel is rude, cold and they are so fast to slam the door on your face. Maybe Dr. Dang is not aware of that kind of prison attitude toward her patients from her employees. Also, they NO LONGER ANSWER THE PHONE: a terrible malpractice coming from a health clinic. These people are a figment of what was the other stuff at her old 10/30 Clinic.
