i have been calling all morning trying to get test results faxes to my family doctor and they cant even pick the phone up. poor service

Please do not advertise that you accept walk-ins. I waited for 3hours in the waiting room and another hour to be assessed. I would have gone elsewhere, but I was told on two occasions that my wait would only be another "30-45 minutes." There are patients groaning in the waiting room that the doctor is 45+ mins late to their scheduled appointment today. I submitted 3 stars because the staff were thorough and kind once I was taken past the waiting room to be assessed. However, the practices I mentioned are unacceptable and unfair.

Dr Johnson is my new doctor. And I have to say. That Dr office is the worst!! No one ever picks up the phone, I had x rays a month ago. They still haven't been looked at. Everytime I want to make an appointment they just tell me to come to the walk in clinic. I want a Dr that cares about his patients. I've been in pain for a month and still no word on an mri either.

The doctor is amazing ..but the nurse was not professional at all ....dealing with sick people she should have better manners ...in my opinion she should be out ... she told me to leave. And go to see another doctor

As good as Dr. Johnson is the secretary is 100 times worse. How can a human being be such horrible person, even in this crisis she treats people like garbage, you don't own the clinic you're just a messenger. Learn to work with people change your attitude.

Great doctor and staff are exceptionally friendly, but they fail to manage expectations regarding wait times. I would rather they tell me I have a 3 hour wait than tell me the doctor will see me in a few minutes, then wait 3 hours. But other than that, this is now my regular doctor and no other complaints. I seriously doubt the other reviews which claim Dr. Johnson is rude or rushed. And as for the claim complaining the doctor dresses like he just finished yard work... who cares? He is a caring, skilled doctor.

Xcellent Doctor ! Doctor Johnston is one of the best doctor's around. but the worse part is THE WAITING TIME". no matter how you lined up, you will hav to wait for 2 hours. and Had a worse experience with doc. Tracy there who claim to be paediatrician. She has no idea how to attend the patients. She need some more classes on how to handle and how to attend the patients. Very rude unethical and got no interest in patients concerns. Seems like all she was concerned to swipe health card.

Incompetent doctor. Rude staff. Long waits (2-4 hours) Dr. Johnson is an incompetent doctor who has no manners when talking to his patients. My mother and I arrived to the clinic at 4:30pm on June 21st. We were told walk-in times start at 5:00pm. We said not a problem! We got some fresh air, walked around and came back in exactly at 5:00pm as the receptionist said it will be first come, first serve. We were the second ones in. After waiting for a whole 2 hours and seeing other people just come in from front door and being taken inside immediately, we FINALLY got our turn. In the waiting room, we overheard a middle aged concerned woman asking Dr.Johnson some questions as she was concerned about her child sickness. While he was ‘done’ assessing them, he started walking away and i overheard him say to her “you ask too many questions” (yes you read that right). After this he came into our room, and within 10 seconds all he said to me in regards to my moms ultrasounds was (your reports look fine, some arthritis, go visit another doctor/family doctor, bye). I was like woah hold on before you leave can we please discuss this but he said nope im not your family doctor idk why you think i am so go to your family doctor. I calmly told him were just here to see A doctor and thats why we walked in.. but he said he cant help us and he literally left the room. I was SHOCKED. Is this how a Doctor behaves with his patients?! Shortly after I requested the staff member to kindly explain me the situation. Thankfully she was being a bit cooperative. She explained that they dont do walk-ins unless patients are part of Dr.Johnson’s roster.... i was so confused.. is this NOT a walk in clinic for anyone who is seeking medical attention?! If not why is it NOT advertised. WHY were we told AFTER presenting our Health Card to come back during walk in clinic hours?! After this i told the staff member id kindly like my mothers medical reports (in her presence and constant - she was beside me) as we did not want to do anything anymore with Dr. Johnson. While we were discussing this, Dr. Johnson STORMED back into our room and quickly shut off and cleared all OUR medical report related documents on the computer and said “YOURE NOT GETTING ANYTHING LEAVE” This behaviour resembles that of a child. After trying to calmly tell him we would just like our files, can we get those he told us to “GET OUT OF HIS CLINIC” he then left the room and the staff member explained to us the process of attaining the medical records. Never have I experienced a more rude, incompetent, unpleasant doctor in my life. I hope this place gets shut down by the CPSO. Cleary alot of people have had TERRIBLE experiences. Dr.Johnson if you’re reading this, do us all a favour and retire please and thank you. It really seems like you simply cannot do your job anymore.

Dr. Johnston is fantastic. It is great that a doctor actually listens to what I have to say. The clinic is bright & clean. It is also very convenient that he is now open 5 days a week.

Worst racist doctor ever in my life. If you have an appointment with him forget about it. You rather go to ER than deal with his punctuality. It's impressive I must say. Always add 5 hours to your appointment time. He has denied being my moms family doctor just because she didn't come during covid times. 10 times we called during covid and never ever did they answer the call . 99 percent of time this doctor likes to be on vacation. He had covid!!!! Do you want me to visit you when you had covid!!!! This behavior is pathetic and racist. Sorry doctor but you live in canada. Please leave this job ???? negative stars.

Staff is un cooperative and waiting period is too long, even if you walk in to hospitals probably less waiting period the Saignaw Medical Center. Also they refused to see any walk in patients and Dr forced to register as a Family Dr first, then Wait for 4 - 6 hours :( One of the worst clinic in Town.

Horrible Horrible receptionist, I mean how does she even have a job there? the people that come to the clinic are sick and in need of comfort and here she is making it worse for everyone. No manners, Does not know how to communicate and answer to people, You have a job because people come to Dr. Johnson, amazing doctor by the way, and if you won't stop the rudeness the clinic will be closed and guess what you'll be out of job, so fix your attitude and take course on how to interact with people.

My 2nd attempt to visit the clinic, and they change their hours on a whim. This is the 2nd time I waited all morning, only to get there and find out that they decided that they would open later than advertised. Very frustrating

The doctor may be attentive, compassionate and thorough, though I wouldn't actually know this firsthand, since this is the second time I have attempted to be seen. On the first occasion, about a year ago, the receptionist could not tell me what time he would be in. I waited until it was determined that he would not be in, approximately an hour later. I had moved here and my long time previous physician practices in Toronto, so I was attempting to get someone closer to Cambridge. Today, I took the day off and arrived at 10:30 AM and registered with the receptionist. She then told me that he was completely booked for scheduled appointments, but would be available between 4 PM and 8 PM for walk-ins. She told me to "come back around 5 o'clock." Given that walk-ins begin at 4 PM, I opted to go back around 3:45 PM and noted around 5 people in the waiting room. I told this other receptionist that I had registered in the morning and would like to see the doctor. She then told me that "the doctor would like to leave at 5 o'clock." She also indicated that he had arrived late as well, 12 noon when the clinic opens at 11 AM. Given the number of patients waiting, I would not be seen. I had provided 2 phone numbers in the morning, but no one called to advise his change in plans. They may be looking for new patients, but the doctor is undisciplined in adhering to the hours he has set. I was well prepared and had brought my medical history and concerns. Needless to say, I won't return.

Dr is very good but I had to wait too much !!! I was pregnant, arrived there at 12:00 , sat for two hours , receptionist said you can come back before 6:00 and then I went back at 6, waiting for another two hours. Oh good!!! Don't ever go there! They do not answer calls They don't get back to you.

I had a scheduled appointment at 3:25. Other patients were being taken in that didn't have appointments? I sat there for over two hours, the reception told me I'd be next and continued to take in everyone else. I will never be returning to this poorly ran so called clinic.

Dr. Johnson is very compassionate and a good listener. He also offers advice and cares about his patients. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone however there is quite a bit of a waiting period but it is worth it in the end.

long wait, but definitely worth the wait. I would recommend to improve wait times though. Doctor makes up for the wait time though. I am happy for the quality of service, but unhappy about the wait. But hey, who gets a good caring walk-in doctor these days. Better wait than going to other clinics in town where service is fast but the provider sucks.

I went to clinic thinking it was a walk in clinic. I was asked if I was a patient. I said no. Receptionist told me patients with appointments are seen til 5 pm. After 5 pm we see walk in patients, however we are so busy you will not be seen. Seriously, don't advertise you are a walk in clinic.

What a horrible place. My mom made an appointment for 4pm. She arrived at 3:50 with 3 people ahead of her. It is now 6:00pm and she was just brought into the room. Completely unacceptable. Update: the dr didn’t see her until 7:15pm. And when he did it was for 2 minutes. I cannot believe this clinic is still open.

Nice, clean, asian secretary was very polite. Doctor spends time with patients. Recommend for everyone living in vicinity. This side of Galt badly needed a walk-in doctor since the clinic in metro closed.

Expect to wait over 2 hours even with an appointment. But Dr Johnston is thorough and genuinely cares about his patients. I think there just needs to be another doctor hired to service the area so that wait times are not as lengthy. Fast forward one year later. No change in this clinic's wait times. Still never answer the phone. I've been calling for a whole week to book an appointment but no one picks up. Just left work early and came as walk in. Let's see how long this takes. *smh*

The front desk staff were friendly. The doctor was awful. Waited a long time for no discernible reason, as I was there quite early and only had one person in front of me. When the doctor finally came to see me, he was in the room for two minutes, maximum. He seemed annoyed that I was there, and rushed out before I could ask any questions. I ended up having to ask his nurse/assistant a couple questions, and then she had to go chase him down to get answers.

The doctor did not keep the telephone appointment made. Does anyone there actually care about their patients? Update: The doctor did get back to me eventually and was very helpful. Perhaps it's just the office people...

Amazing doctor! Unfortunately the staff does not support properly so it causes frustrations to patients but Dr Johston is knowledgeable, caring and compassionate so worth the long wait every time!
