Although I always have to wait a long time, Dr Hollowell is friendly, polite, and straight to the point! She has a sense of humour, and I never feel like I'm being rushed.

Take your walk in clinic sign off the door!!! It's hot as hell outside and i walked past there and there's a big sign WALK IN CLINIC on window. I have a sore leg and just wanted to see what was wrong. Thanks for wasting my time..

Dr. Hollowell is a great doctor and listens to all my concers. Not sure what people are talking about when they say she rushes them out because she doesnt. Maybe she was busy one day and you just so happened to be in the rotation that day.

Unfortunately I was unable to get a doctor here, as they are "so backed up they don't even have a waiting list" This being said the kindness of the receptionist was empathetic and understanding. She made me feel like she really understood the strife, and that she would help me if she could. This was a great experience after my abysmal interactions with the Langs medical center receptionist. Great work. ^-^

Doctor Renner was my Dr. for over 35 years. I was very nervous when he retired, he was a special man. Now Doctor Munoz is my new doc and I couldn't be more happy. She really cares about us, is patient, understanding and supportive. I'm in good hands!

Dr. Oey is simply the best doctor I’ve ever had,. Growing up I lived in many towns and had a lot of different doctors, so that is no small statement. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and does not discount the things you say, something I had never really experienced before . She takes your concerns seriously and carries out all the necessary tests you may need. She also lets us know when we need to do the age specific tests and checkups. My family has often received follow calls even at night to see how we are doing. I hope I don’t ever have to go anywhere else, I feel well taken care with Dr Oey!

I am very upset with the level of service provided by Dr. Muñoz. She always seems to be in a rush and is super difficult to get ahold of, her answer to everything is "oh that's normal" she does not seem to put genuine interest in her patience. And on top of that she always sends me and my children to the clinic which makes no sense why then have a family doctor?

This place made me doubt all the doctor's offices in Canada until I switched to a different doctor. First of all, the reception people are not friendly or welcoming at all. Secondly- I found myself waiting an hour after my appointment in the waiting room to be see Dr. Holowell, who would always spend no more than 5 mins with me just to invalidate my concerns. The woman doesn't even look you in the eye and rushes you out. Don't waste your time, I was misdiagnosed for years until I went to a new doctor who knew what it was immediately! What a shame

Dr. Matsuda has been incredible and I feel so lucky to have found her. We have been going to her for 10 year I believe. She truly cares and she shows this to her patients. She goes above and beyond to ensure she is there for us. She listens and explains things clearly while ensuring understanding. She does not rush us, even when she is busy. She is absolutely incredible. 10 STARS!

Dr Munoz is a horrible doctor and I wish that my original Doctor never retired! If I could rate with a ZERO I would. She ignores my concerns when I have gone in for mental health ( I told her my medication was making me irritable and anxious, she told me the birth control pill would fix this and that I was due for a PAP????) She discontinued an antidepressant prescription WITHOUT CONTACTING ME! I feel that she does not listen, is too busy to have an actual appointment with, and only answers phones Mon-Thurs 9am-3pm and Fridays 9am-12pm.
