Dr Sidhu has been an absolutely unprofessional doctor. Been waiting for 6 days now, he couldn't send me a blood work requisition for re-ordering the blood work. On top of that, he discouraged me to not to email him and conveniently says, "Oh! We don't check our emails that often." Anyway, I wish him best in his future endeavors and hope he acts more professionally with other patients. Best wishes!

Most incredible pharmacist I've ever met! He stays on top of when my son's ADHD medicine needs renewal and it's always ready ahead of time. He also provides the "fun" flavours of Pediasure, and that makes my boy super happy! This man is so friendly, always smiling, knows his business and stays on top of everything! Couldn't be more appreciative of him and his pharmacy.

Dr. Sidhu and Pharmacy staff are polite and caring but the lady at reception (not the Indian) is so rude towards patients and accompanying guests. She does not have manners how to talk politely. She is not a good fit for such a good clinic. —————————————————— Thanks for your reply but does it make any sense to you to ask the accompanying guests to wait outside in rain? Also as per note posted at the entrance we are supposed to call before going inside but what if there is no answer to our multiple calls? Please be honest.

My experience at King Street Medical Centre was great from start to finish! The Receptionist at this clinic is so kind and caring! She took the time to listen to my needs and accommodate me in the best way possible. Dr. Sidhu is a phenomenal doctor! He was patient, kind, and he took the time to listen and understand everything. This clinic is so wonderful! It is very refreshing to experience a clinic where all of it's staff genuinely care about its patients and do not rush them in and out. I am so appreciative and so thankful. In addition, the King Care Pharmacy is so convenient within the same establishment. There is a very lovely woman at the pharmacy who is extremely helpful. I have never experienced such wonderful service at any pharmacy before. Everyone in this establishment went above and beyond. This is something rare in the medical field nowadays, and I really appreciate them all. Thank you so much!

DR Sidhu is great but the pharmacy lady very unprofessional.I am a diabatic person i need my medicines i asked her about pharmacy timmings she said they are closed at 6 i reached at 4 o'clock and she already closed.Second time it happened why she show the timmings she will write closing time whenever ahe wants soo unprofessional.
