My doctor is amazing and he deserves 5 stars, but the front desk staff need to go through customer service 101 training.

Some of the best general practitioners in the city. I see constant complaints on here about the front end staff - I've been going here for 10+ years (when they were in their previous location) and I've never had an issue in that respect. I suspect there's a bit of a two-way street in many of these cases. Also, you can't say the doctors are "great", the staff is "horrible" then follow up with a one-star rating because your feelings were hurt. Walk in is definitely dicey but it's because they're so busy and trying to fit in patients who don't have a primary care clinician - they should get kudos for providing any walk in hours at all.

Great doctors but some of the worse front end staff I've ever dealt with, defiantly in need of customer service training. Every time I call to make an appointment with my doctor they're unprofessional and act like they don't care. I understand that getting in can take a few weeks but when I ask when your next opening on a specific week day I don't expect to get a I don't know or he's fully booked. That's great, check when his next opening is in that day, don't give some lame excuse with attitude. This has been going on for years, defiantly time to get some new front end staff with customer service and who actually care.

Dr. Heeg has managed our family's medical needs for the last 20 years. He is by far, the most thorough and responsible doctor we could ask for. He offers complex medical care and has on occasion supported our family through some very difficult medical decisions. This is a remarkable practice. On occasion, we have seen Dr Bada who is equally helpful. Tammy, Dr. Heeg's nurse, is quick to return calls and answer questions whenever there is a concern.

I had HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE experience here today. So horrible that I did the rating for the first time. When I stood before the Asian receptionist, it seemed I was invisible to her. I said hello to her she said nothing. After a few seconds, she lifted her head and asked me whether I had an appointment. I told her I just walked in. She told me bluntly that I should just go for it's closing soon. The worst desk experience in my life!! I will never ever go there again.

I was there to ask Doctor availability as I walked in. I was told it’s not busy and they can put me right in, after 20 minutes I was told doctors are bit late so come back and hour and will put me right away. Went back and after 25 minutes waiting, they are putting in every other person except me. Canceled my appointment and walked out. Very unprofessional staff, wasted my time for nothing. If you’re aware of waiting let customers know ahead.

The doctors are okay, DO NOT start going here if you are low income or have reduced mobility (I'm both) as they have a very high cancellation fee. They're pretty good with reminding you of appointments, however.

Unimpressed. This is not useful as a walkin clinic and should not be advertising itself as a walkin. We showed up ten minutes after they opened, checked in at the desk and waited almost 2 hours with others arriving who had appointments and we could see the doctors were completely booked up which meant we would have a much longer wait time with an unforseeable end. As a walk-in clinic, this is not useful. I can't refer anyone here with good conscience. We left the superstore clinic, and drove to the Medecenter at South Trail (130th Ave SE) and they had a much more professional atmosphere, asked good questions, had about 20 minute wait time with same or more people before us as in the Superstore clinic. In contrast we went to the superstore location just minutes after they opened and they had us waiting almost 2 hours with no end in sight, this other one we arrived at long after they opened and they had us in within 20min and quickly and thoroughly addressed and back out after our needs were met. I highly recommend going there instead.

I have had nothing but pleasant experience at this doctors office ever since they moved to Superstore. Dr. Heeg is an amazing and very knowledgeable doctor. The staff is always very nice to me and my family.

I had a very bad experience today. I called to make an appointment, but apparently I couldn't because I am considered a walk-in patient. So I went in to the clinic just before 11am and the receptionist told me that walk-in's are closed for lunch, and I should come in for 12:45. She could have told me that on the phone. So I came back at 12:45, and I talked to a different girl, I told her that I had to check in and that I was on the list. Well it was almost like I insulted her and ger entire family. She gave me quite the stare and was obviously not too pleased with me for some reason. So I was brought in to a completely different room than usual, I usually go to Dr. Bada, he is a very good doctor, but for whatever reason, they gave me a different doctor. I even told them that I see Dr. Bada. Then the nurse/receptionist leaves me in the room with a blood pressure sleeve on my arm. She turned on the machine and it went on for 6 cycles. Now my arm is bruised. She told me to keep it on until the doctor comes in, and he would take it off of me. She also said that it would only go on for a couple of times. She never said 6. I think it's very strange that I should be left alone in the room for almost 30 minutes with this blood pressure machine squeezing my arm every few minutes. Also, the people at the front desk appear to be very rude, because they were making fun of a patient. She was an Elderly woman who was putting on ger jacket to leave and she was having some difficulty. They always seem to be talking and laughing about someone. You better believe that I won't be going there anymore.

A good clinic but VERY HORRIBLE FRONT DESK. The blonde young looking girl was so rude. We asked how long more do we have to wait approximately and all she said was " I dont know." Moreover, we felt discriminated duebto their words and actions. They prioritize other walk in people when we were there waiting for 3 hours already. I recommend the one is Shawnessy medical clinic near Cobs bread waiting time is only 30min to one hour or less. Staff are friendly and soft spoken.

This is an amazing clinic. I have been a patient of Dr. Bell for 10 + years, and I have received by far the best care you could possibly receive. The front end staff, despite the reviews, are very kind and do their jobs well. If you can find yourself a spot as a client at this clinic I would highly recommend it.

Gone here twice.First off walk in waits will be about a hour. Even if your the only one in there. Secondly the staff. . . Are so unprofessional. They yell and laugh about their weekends and boyfriends. Also ..They talk about how patients are getting "pap tests". .. Makes me wonder if they athey are all open about talking about re making fun of me . Also the doctor... is creepy as hell . I was very, very uncomfortable with this . I dont think he knew much... but he was wayy to up in my personal space. . I was almost scared. Lol dont go here. Best off at a different walk in .

I desperately needed a walk-in visit on a Friday as I had run out of refills on an important medication. I checked online and called to confirm the hours and I was told that they would accept walk-ins until 11am. Upon my arrival at 9am, I was greeted very harshly by the woman at the front desk. I smiled and said hello and she looked up at me and coldly asked if i had an appointment. I said no, that I wanted a walk-in and she said that it was closed. I told her that I had called and was told 11am and she replied by saying that since it opened at 8am and they had 5 people arrive right away, they closed it at 8am. I was made to leave and go elsewhere to get my prescription. It was a complete waste of my time and I am extremely disappointed with the rude and arrogant front desk staff.

Honestly, Dr Heeg is one of the best doctors i have seen in my life. It pains me that i will have to go elsewhere as he is now completely unaccessible. Booking at least a week in advance for an appointment. Oh, and walk in is a joke, don’t bother. By 8:45 am, walk in is closed for the day, even though the hours are listed until 12:30 pm. Bery disappointing.

If I could give zero stars I would, and this is where my family doctor is. Had an appointment and left after waiting for over an hour. Watched the waiting room empty 3 times while I waited. Don't waste your time and go see a vet.

Like many of the other reviews I will start off by saying that the doctors here are wonderful and very insightful, they deserve 5 stars. The real problem is with the front desk. They are unprofessional and rude, and almost all of them lack the common decency and respect that any professional practice should have. I booked an appointment with my family doctor and got some tests done to find out why I had a sore throat, my doctor does the tests and says that he will phone me with the results in one or two days. Flash forward three days and I have heard nothing and decided to call the office and ask about my results being as I needed to know if I can return to work or not. "Cara" answers the phone and I tell her that I need these results today before they close for the weekend. She seems annoyed and says I will get them today. I then waited four hours and received nothing and after two more phone calls I was reassured that I would get my results before everyone went home for the weekend. Well to put things short "Cara" lied. I then had to call in for two more days of work. I ended up calling the office back on Monday and asking what happened and voiced my displeasure with how I was treated. They laughed at the fact that I was upset and told me to find a new family doctor. Terrible people and terrible service. Once again doctors are great though.

Been going to Dr Heeg for from the beginning always been amazing. The front end staff at this clinic are the worst need a lesson or 10 in customer service. Booked an appointment 8 days ago, showed up for appointment and they never booked it and had no record. Told it was my fault but could do walk in as he was fully booked. Wtf

When my family doctor, Dr. Stephen Bell, moved his practice here my family followed him. He is a spectacular doctor who genuinely cares about his patients, listens to them, never pressures them to hurry up, and respects that you know your own body best. I am so thankful to have a doctor who cares. Getting an appointment can take a few weeks, but if he needs to follow up with you sooner he will sometimes personally book you in earlier. The walk-in clinic takes about an hour when it's not super busy, and longer if it is. I have found that to be about average for most walk-ins. 5 stars for Dr. Bell, I knocked off a star both for how long it takes to get an appointment, and how sometimes the staff can be overly informal behind the desk. It's fine to joke and chat at work a bit (that's how most of us stay sane), but if it isn't work-related you need to cut the conversation when someone comes to the front desk. Overall, not a bad clinic experience, could be better, but the quality of care from the doctor is worth going through much worse.

Convenient location, and caring, knowledgeable doctors. Have been going here for most of my life and couldn't be happier! Only thing is their new phone line says to press 2 for office hours and location but when you press 2 it says it isn't a valid extension.

Absolutely fantastic doctors. Probably the worst reception staff in the world. They're always talking with each other when I come in and have no care about me then proceed to be rude and when i call they are the rudest people you can imagine on the phone. Its quite appalling coming from the customer service industry and having a hospitality diploma, if it wasn't for Dr bada I would never go here

I was quite worry when I read the bad comments but I really want to come for the walk-in because it opens at 7:30am. However, they accept walk-ins at 8:00am fortunately which is still fine to me. Let me update about this clinic on August 24 of 2020. The receptionists and the doctors are very nice and professional. Please, come and have some great experience then you don't have to search any further. Highly recommended.
