They gave me a prompt appointment for a medical for Australian immigration that was required in 35 days. Woman on the phone was nice, and helpful and gave me all the upfront information I needed without me having to ask. Appointment was quick, and to the point. Receptionists were nice, and Dr. Ho was nice and personable. I did sense with how quick the appointment was that he was in a rush... but I didn't mind. I wanted to just get all that stuff over and done with, so appreciated the speed. They sent off my results swiftly after getting my blood test, and xray done. Thanks for getting me in so quick, and for sending those in promptly. Really appreciate it :)

This place is great! Only place to do any immigration medical exam in Alberta. The staff explained everything that you need to do in order to get in the country that your going to. ** This place is located on the upper floor.

Paid $100 upfront for my Mom’s follow up. When Dr. Ho came in the room, he just told us that he’s gonna refer my Mom to a specialist and will give us a referral form for CT scan. I was gonna ask him questions but he was in a rush and wanted to leave the room already. So I started explaining my Mom’s situation as a visitor here in Canada but all he wanted to do was step out of the room. So I asked him if he’s in a hurry and he said “yes”. He’s so unprofessional and all he’d basically done for us is refer us to a specialist which cost us $100. Oh by the way, if you’ll do your medical exam here, you’ll pay $240 and all he’ll basically do is listen to your breathing. In 3 minutes, medical exam is done. Dr. Ho is very unprofessional, always in a rush and will not entertain your questions. He’s the worst doctor we’ve ever seen! Worst!!!

A great experience overall. I had to get health examinations, a chest x-ray, and lab tests done all in a single day with immense time pressure and would not have been able to pull this off without the help of Olive medical, specifically Miss Kwan, front end staff, who informed us on the best course of action to achieve all of this in a timely manner. Providing us with the option to arrive early to finalize paperwork in order to get lab tests and x-rays done sooner, booking our lab test appointment for us, and even providing us with an idea of rush hours to avoid in Calgary. This hospitality and professionalism was then carried over into Dr. Ho’s practice. With a kind demeanour and professional routine allowed for a quick and effective physical examination. A great place to get my Australian VISA health examinations done, would highly recommend to anyone else in a similar situation.

I've been seeing Dr.Le for many years and she is fantastic, however booking an appointment here is already a nightmare. Had a rather urgent need for an appointment that I had already been into emergency for, yet was unable to get an appointment within a week. Good family physician are very hard to come by, however I don't have faith that Olive medical will be there if anything serious arises.

Dr. Le has been our family physician for over 10 years. She is the most caring and most attentive doctor i have ever met. She listens to all our concerns and follows up with medical advices that thoroughly help us through our illnesses. Her staff is also very helpful and treats us professionally.

Our family has been under the care of Dr. Le for over 18 years. We appreciate the friendly front desk staff and Dr. Le's professionalism and medical attention over these years. Especially grateful that I could always get a timely appointment for our kids when they were younger. We recommended them to our other family members too but she wasn't taking new patients, which I can respect since she wants to make sure she has enough time and attention for her existing clients.

Dr. Ho is a terrible doctor. Impatient and just rushes through patient meetings. I needed a medication (not an opioid) for my immflamtory disease and he would not prescribe me the medication in disbelief that I use it so frequently. I’ve been using the same medication for the past two years. Doctors should trust thier patients when an issue is being brought to their attention.. no therapeutic communication at all from him. Avoid!!! Go to a different doctor that actually cares about thier patients concerns!!!!
