Absolutely worst clinic. It takes forever to get an appointment. I never seen a clinic unanswered for several days. I would recommend to go with some other clinic.

Worst Reception ever. You can try calling for an hour and They never answer your calls, and when they do they always put you on hold for 10+ mins prob longer if you decide to even wait.

5 stars for Dr Cavilla. I began seeing him about 2 years ago and it was life changing. He is a Dr that will go above and beyond to provide knowledge and care, you are never rushed in an appointment and he is very easy to talk to. He covers such a wide range of care and 5 stars just isn't enough to commend this world renound doctor.

This Medicare is quiet and is able to deal with patients quickly. The staff is always friendly and kind. The doctors always took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns.

0 stars!!! Absultly the worse Dr office to go to. Take my advice go somewhere else.The Doctors are sitting at home. You have to sit around and wait for a phone call. What the hell is that? You can't see the doctor anymore. They NEVER answer there phone or always puts you in hold for long periods of time. Staff are always talking about personal stuff behind desk instead of answering the phone.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The doctors here are nice but the reception desk is by far the worst customer service I've ever had. They never answer phone calls and always seem to enjoy chatting with each other about their personal life. They have no clue as to what's going on and seem to be putting in the least amount of effort. I've never had to call an office more then twice but this place only ever seems to pick up the phone if you continuely call for at least an hour. Go literally anywhere else even if the doctors are worse because at least then they'll pick up the phone and book an appointment.

Don’t see Dr. Svaro both male and female, they both are unhappy doctors and I had to see them for my health issues and he didn’t bother to find out what is the problem causing pain,why left me without treating and just told me take more telynol and Advil. Such a worst experience with him. Not going to see them ever.

If you want to wait 2 hours after making an appointment, this is the Dr's office for you! I made an appointment for 4, called and was told I'd be called at 5, I'm 5:30 and tried to call, only for no one to answer and an automated message saying the office is closed even when it's not. Go somewhere else.

Worst receptionist ever ! First thing they say on phone is can you hold. It happens everything when I call. It's just irritating and extremely unprofessional and annoying ! But doctors there are nice.

I went in for the first time to see him, Benjamin cavalla. I am not sure if he is really a doctor??? uhmmm. He doesn't present that he would provide me an optimal health advices neither treatment. I've found it was a waste of my time and AHS's funding to have such doctor like him. He was ready to talk back to me on any topic instead of using his knowledge to convince or educate me as a patient. If you would ever have to walk in. Please avoid seeing this guy.

I’ve been seeing Dr Cavilla for over a year now and wanted to say” I highly recommend Dr Cavilla for doing such an outstanding job of helping diagnose my hip issues and get me the appointment for the hip and knee clinic and a spot to get a full hip replacement. At 45 yrs old growing up in Calgary i played Hockey for 15 yrs and also did Kickboxing for 7 yrs, I unfortunately had a motorcycle accident injury that gave me hip issues for over the past two years and after seeing more than a handful of Doctors trying to deal with excruciating pain Dr Cavilla was the only Dr to help me deal with the pain. Dr Cavilla with his vast knowledge of his profession makes him the best Dr I’ve been to see ever and I highly recommend Dr Cavilla! Country Hills Medi Center is lucky to have Dr Cavilla apart of there great team! Great Job!

Absolutely horrible service. Be expected to call back multiple times to book an appt as the phones are never answered in a timely manner, the phone line automatically disconnects due to the waiting. Dr Swaro should also perhaps limit the amount of clinics he works out of. Perhaps the workload wouldn't be so much.

After seeing many doctors and changing meds as many times I finally found Dr Basit. She was very understanding and empathetic, she started me on a regime and my life changed. The staff is wonderful and very personable and professional. I highly recommend this doctor and associates. Top marks!

I have been a patient of Dr. Khalid Ishfaq . He’s very helpful and responsive doctor who attentively listens to my concerns and takes prompt actions as required. He makes me feel comfortable and I never feel rush in every visit that I have has with him . I thank him for all his attention and efforts related to my heath issue. Also I found office staff all are all friendly and courteous. .

Visiting Mr. Ben Cavilla was the worst experience I ever had with a medical professional. I visited him twice, and both times he was rude and condescending. The more recent time, he was 45 minutes late to our appointment, and when he came into the room offered no greeting or apology, and simply slammed his clipboard on the examination bed. I then told him him the reason for my visit, and before I could even explain anything, he told me that this appointment was a waste of time, and that he doesn't like doing these. He did not ask me any relevant questions and instead patronized me for simply coming in. The nicest thing he said to me all visit was "take care of yourself," after I told him he was being very rude, and left the examination room. I see that there are patients that either have very good or very poor experiences with Cavilla. All I can say is 'Good Luck!' if you're considering him to be your family physician.
