The receptionist was friendly and professional; suggested I maybe grab a quick lunch so the wait wasnt long (clarified that she couldn't guarantee anything, fair) and overall was 30 mins wait (including my snack at CoOp). Dr. Gbadamosi was awesome! Soft spoken, explained everything clearly, and was focused. Great experience!

This is a very well managed clinic with a very friendly staff. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room and that was a one-time exception - typically I am in and out within 15 all-told - that's waiting room, patient room, doctor, booking follow-up as necessary. Dr Elkabir is great and is absolutely friendly esp. once you get to know him. Rather than prescribing drugs as a quick-fix, he always objectively works to troubleshoot the issue and treats medication as a final resort. I appreciate that his objective is very obviously my health and interests VS. getting me out of the room.

I have been going to this clinic for years. Today I went to see them again because I was having some medical issues and I needed a doctor to look at me. Unfortunately my Dr. And Dinh is not seeing her patients at this time so I was assigned to Dr. Makam (hopefully I spelled his name right). I can't explain how lucky I was to have him check on me. He was so caring and made me feel that he cares. Thank you so much for sending me to see a specialist and not wasting my time to do the test that I don't think I need at this point. Dr. Makam you are an excellent doctor who cares and listen. Thank you

They have lost my file three times, spelt my name wrong on prescriptions and mixed my first and last name up for blood sampling which resulted in having to book another appointment for them to spell it correctly. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Dr. Collins (Omondiagbe) is the most respectful, knowledgeable, and sincere doctor I've ever had. When my previous GP retired I was worried I may never find one I trusted as much, but Dr. Collins DEFINIETLY stepped up in a big way. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, he's earned them. His personality is cool as a cucumber and he is extremely reassuring. If he doesn't immediately know the answer to something, he definitely knows where to find it. Finally, he is always on time - I think the longest I've waited is 5-10 mins after our scheduled appointment time.

Wait time to see a doctor is the worst and you are repeatedly asked what the purpose of your visit is for. The assumption is that I have work or other things to do rather than wait all day

Zain Bheriani UNFORTUNATELY is one of the doctors who works at this clinic. I had the unfortunate experience of being treated by her because my family doctor was not available. She didn’t take the time and care to properly communicate or listen to me during our session— and because of her unprofessional behaviour she inconvenienced me in a major way. It’s unfortunate that my family doctor had to apologize for her incompetence. If you are looking for a family doctor I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGAINST Zain Bheriani!!!

Office is modern and clean. I went to MCI with no appointment instead of Urgent Care and was pleasantly surprised. I saw a physician in under 45min (early on a weekday) and was treated fairly. I would recommend calling Health Link (811) for health advice and calling MCI for an appointment beforehand to reduce your wait time.

Was told 2 walk-ins were in front of me and it shouldn’t be long at all. One hour later I watched 3 people who also walked-in get called to see a doctor before me. I asked the front desk why, and she said it was because the doctor to whom I was assigned had 4 appointments before me, while the other doctors had more time to see walk-ins. Those stories did not match up to her original quoted wait time. She didn’t offer to move me to the other doctors or let me know how much more time I would be waiting. No respect for the patient’s time.

I phoned this clinic and fully explained my intention of bringing my five year old son to this clinic to see a doctor ????‍⚕️ because his allergies ???? are well know and documented as being problematic. Upon arriving I’m told that the doctor does not want to examine my son because he doesn’t know if my son has covid-19 or not. I explained that my son didn’t. When I asked if they had Covid-19 testing kits at the clinic. I’m told no, when I ask why they would allow me to book an appointment and come all the way down to simply waste my time. No explanation. This clinic is still billing the federal Government for seeing patients and doing nothing to help. Couldn’t believe this locations customer service. How poor it was. And the collective inability to not only to their chosen profession. But their lack of empathy for children ???? to was surprising

They booked an appointment for me to sit there for 30 minutes to then tell me that my referral to an ENT wasn’t unsuccessful due to the that particular doctor being overloaded. Pretty easy to share that information on the phone, but then you don’t get to bill another “appointment” ????????‍♂️

.Although it is very clean, the front desk staff are not very friendly. In my experiences coming here the wait times online are never accurate. It will say 30 minutes and you will wait 2+ hours. If it’s not urgent make yourself an appointment. All the doctors have been great.

Hardly a walk-in clinic. They close at 9pm, I showed up at 6:30pm and there was one person in the waiting room. I called the front desk from the front door (covid policy), and they told me they were booked for the rest of the evening. Call ahead or don't waste your time with this clinic.

During Covid the staff were very unhelpful and unprofessional. At the door you had to call before enter (standard to ask questions about Covid) but instead the receptionist ask to put us on hold, then make eye contact with us standing at the door then proceeded to talk and waste time with her coworkers for 5-10 before finally picking up to ask about Covid and our visit. To which she then informed us that there wasn’t a doctor in and we would have to go somewhere else. All of this while having signs about welcoming walk-ins

Not good service to issue a prescription for severe lower back pain and then swap it out for standard Advil at the pharmacy counter. I went home after two hours with medication that I could have bought at a grocery store. Which I have tried before, and it didn't help. But hey, thanks for the 10% discount on the Advil.

I do not reccomend this place to anyone!! I came in with a very big cut on my leg that was to late for stitches and they told me I cant change the dressings myself and I HAD to come in to the doctors to get it changed. They seen me every 2 days and the last visit I had there was on Thursday and they first told me to come back on monday to get my dressing changed. thats insane, after I said no way they said I can come in ANYTIME for a walk in and they will see me and change my gauze as we waited for a call from the wound clinic.. I went in today to get my dressing changed and got turned away, they wouldn't even look at it, change it or give me the proper dressing todo it myself. My leg is extremely infected now and I have to go to emergency as im STILL waiting for the wound clinic to approve me. (My accident happened a week and a half ago, they first put a requisition to foothills wound clinic and then after waiting the whole week, they tell me on Thursday my last visit that they "tried to call me " to say they cant and ill have to go to Sheldon Chumir and they needed to hear from me before sending the papers... but I have 0 missed calls.) THEY DONT CARE, THEY ARE VERY RUDE, AND THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THE HELL THEYRE DOING. DO not even waste your time.

Looking for a walk-in clinic that is open somewhat early and on a Sunday is quite difficult. After googling I had found this place. I got there at 9 am when the website had said their walk-in started. Once I got to the desk the receptionist said their doctor was running late and they wouldn't be in until around 10 am. They then said I could leave and come back. I had another errand to run so said I would do that and come back afterwards. The receptionist offered to make me an appointment for 10:30 am so I wouldn't have to wait, I accepted. I got back at about 10:20 am and checked in. At 11 am I was still not called so I went to the front desk to ask how much longer. She said they were running behind and there were still two more people ahead of me. I said I was just going to leave then and she offered to make me an appointment for the next which i declined as I did not want to deal with this again. I understand walk-in wait times can vary but with an appointment time this whole situation was quite frustrating. I will not be returning.

I have been waiting for an hour and a forty-five minutes to see the doctor. I could understand this if I didn't have an apointment booked. I gave three stars instead of one because I have had good experiences here. I know as a patient I must show patience, but the doctor needs to respect our appointment time, just the same as we are expected to be on time for our appointments. I am about to miss a meeting because of this.

Honestly a really poor experience and I didn’t even actually attend a consultation. Tried to get in for a strep test, but with Covid, I could only have a preliminary phone consult. When I called at 8:30, they told me the doc would call back at 8:45 - just before close - and I waited until 8:55 before calling them back, in case I’d been forgotten. They assured me I hadn’t, and told me they’d call in the next few minutes. 20 minutes went by, and was told I’d have to get a call ‘tomorrow at 9’. They called at 11:30 the next day, when I was unavailable, and asked them to call back 15 minutes later. I called again at 12:30 and was put on a five minute hold. Good luck even getting in to this office for the most basic of tests.

Clinic prioritizes walk-ins over patients on the Drs roster. Wait times to see Family Doctor are over 1 week. My telehealth appointment, which I booked 1 week in advance wasn’t even kept to the original scheduled time. I do like the Dr, but I don’t like the clinic. Would appreciate if they had greater respect for appointment times / could let patients with scheduled appointments know when the clinic running behind.

I believe it was Dr. Bheriani that I saw and she was (by far) the most compassionate and helpful doctor I have ever seen in any walk-in or emergency facility. So understanding, helpful and clearly went out of her way to make sure I was helped and had the right resources when I left. I have been with this clinic since they moved to this location and my original doctor decided not to join them and I ended up with a new family Dr. Over the years my experiences continue to get less and less pleasant, leaving me feeling unheard, rushed, abused (not by my family Dr but another one there) and most recently feeling VERY unwell. When I asked my doctor to not speak over me and let me ask my questions her, and now the staff, have started treating me like I did something wrong, even though she's the one that cut the strings of my IUD too short and it got stuck inside me. (According to the physician that had to remove it) I had already been disappointed in the poor follow-up with patients from this clinic. I only attend minimally as a patient, only going when necessary, but somehow I end up having to find my own other resources and getting the help I need myself. Very disappointing to have this experience with a family physician. I'd look elsewhere if you have an option. It's Canada, but free healthcare shouldn't mean poor healthcare.

Doesn’t seem to matter if you make an appointment or are a walk-in. There’s always a wait time of minimum 30 minutes and very rude reception staff that won’t communicate wait times to you when your appointment is running behind. When you finally get in to see a doctor some of them won’t even do an exam when you tell them what’s wrong Once waited over an hour to see a doctor in excruciating pain and was in and out in less then a minute once my name was called without an exam and told to just take Advil. Went to another office and told them what was wrong, was actually sent to EFW for ultrasounds to find cause of pain. Seems like they’re just not interested in helping their patients.

I've never had a bad experience at this clinic. Dr. Elkabir was my doctor during my pregnancy and now treats my son and my husband. We all really appreciate how efficiently the staff work to get us in quickly for appointments. I love that I can call in the morning and see the doctor that same day, saving a trip to a walk-in clinic or the Children's Hospital. I never have to wait long in the waiting room and so I don't have to take time off work if I need an appointment. Dr. Elkabir isn't the warmest guy, but I need a medical doctor not a BFF. I trust him. Another plus is that this clinic is part of the primary care network, so if you need to see a doctor urgently on the weekend, you can get an appointment at one of those clinics (again, saving you from the dreaded walk-in wait times).

Um, I don't even know what just happened when I called. Automatically put on hold without a greeting and when the receptionist returned, I asked if I could make an appointment to which she replied "Why are you in such a hurry?" The clinic requires a "Meet and Greet" appointment otherwise you'll be told to go to the hospital. So, I can't actually comment on the practice itself, but it seems they aren't very interested in having me there. Try for yourself!

I went in to this clinic as I have been sick for over 3 weeks now. The wait time was reasonable but that's where the good ends. When I was brought into the exam room, they had left another patient's file open on the computer-- a HUGE privacy issue. When the doctor arrived and pulled up my file, I saw that the MOA had listed 'sore throat' as one of my symptoms which I don't have and had never mentioned!! Dr Onyekwelu Bielu asked 2 questions, palpated my neck, then immediately wrote me a prescription and sent me on my way. I can honestly say the prescription writing took longer than the consultation did. I am very unimpressed and will not be returning.

Strongly recommend saving your sanity and time by going elsewhere if possible. A little while ago I visited this place with an appointment time and after an hour and a half past my appointment time they told me that they did not know when I would get to see a doctor. Today, I had an appointment at 5:00pm and after waiting until 6:00pm in the waiting room, they called me to the desk and told me that the doctor they scheduled me to see would not be in until 7:00pm at the earliest. This place is horribly unprofessional and I am very disappointed in myself that I even tried to go back there. really wish there was a no star option.

Dr. Zain Bheriani Gave me the worst patient experience of my life. Writing this to hopefully help other people AVOID this clinic, and more importantly, doctor Bheriani. I went in as (My GF was diagnosed two days ago) with Bacterial Bronchitis, she was given antibiotics same day, at another walk-in clinic, and is starting to feel better. I get Bronchitis once or twice a year minimum (I am asthmatic, this has been common for my entire life) I take antibiotics when the bronchitis comes up, to clear it up, this has been a regular course of action for me, based on my body. When I told Dr. Bheriani of this, she insisted that "Her medical opinion/process" differs from this. Again, this is something I face once or twice a year minimum. She then became irate with me (saying I was trying to bully her into giving me the medication) it should be noted, IT IS ANTIBIOTICS I WAS ASKING FOR! Not any heavy narcotics... After me inquiring into why I couldn't obtain the medication I have had |(numerous times) in the past to clear these issues up, she became EXTREMELY irate with me. She was very rude and belittling, which I found surprising coming from a health professional... She didn't help, nor listen to me as a patient, instead she insisted she knew best, and that I was wrong (even though this issue has recurred in my life twice yearly for the last ten years minimum) After some resistance to help, she insisted I get a chest X-Ray, which I then agreed to. After some deliberations/discussion, she told me that because she would have to follow up on the X-Ray and she is "Very busy today" she decided it was better for me to "not to be a patient of hers..." (She began arguing with me, and though I tried my best to stay calm, it was very alarming/left me very distraught that I was being treated this way by a doctor whose help I was seeking) I then asked to proceed with the X-Ray protocol, then she stated in exact words "I am not the doctor to help you, as I have to follow up on this issue once the X-Ray comes back and I am very busy today, I don't want to work with you as a patient" I then asked her if it is not her job to help patients, and asked why she rescinded her offer to help me set an X-Ray time up, I left the clinic after waiting 2 Hours to see a doctor, empty handed, with no remedy for my issues. A word of caution to any patients frequenting this clinic: AVOID DR. ZAIN BHERAIANI. She was, by a long shot, the rudest, most self righteous doctor, I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. She actually became so irate with me, she raised her voice and began gesturing in a very aggressive manner, I felt extremely uncomfortable for the duration of our very brief encounter. She also refused to give me the Bronchitis inhaler that she previously stated I would need, and stormed out of the office. (Again, I left very sick, with no treatment or remedy to my problem) Doctors sometimes do not appreciate when you "self-diagnose" as they feel it undermines their professional credibility (and I get that, as they study for a long time) The big problem I had: The doctor refused to listen to me (I know my body better than anyone) and sent me away after telling me something was necessary, she said she would NOT help me get the X-Ray or Bronchitis inhaler, after previously stating I should have it immediately. I will be filing a formal complaint with the CPSA immediately, as a doctor that is so unprofessional in dealing with the patient/person side of the health care business, should NOT be allowed to be patient facing. I sincerely feel for anyone who has had real health issues and encountered this doctor. As she certainly has a way with patients, as I would be VERY surprised if I was the only one who has had an issue similar to mine.

The respect the doctors and nurses have for keeping appointment times is absolutely null and void, unapologetically. No one seems concerned when the entire waiting room is full of annoyed patients waiting an hour or more past their time, or if you are in an office listening to the nurses and doctors gossip while you sit and wait. It’s extremely disrespectful, unorganized and unprofessional. Not only is this terrible customer service, but this also makes it difficult for patients and people who live in the area to get prescriptions, medication or to be seen by a health care practitioner because they have to go elsewhere after wasting time here first.

Wow! I walk in, and they tell me it's going to be a 30-45 min wait, which is TOTALLY fine! When is waiting for the clinic ever that short of a wait? But it wasn't even that. My daughter and I literally waited 10 mins, and then we were brought to our room. The front desk staff were very kind and professional, and the doctor took her time, and was very helpful. We had a very good experience here, and will absolutely be coming back here in the future if need be.

Came in at 1:30 there was one other person in the waiting room several people came in some with appointments some requesting walk ins at 2:30 the waiting room was completely empty. I went up to the receptionist and told her I had been waiting for an hour she then asked for all my info again and then told me I was next.. it’s very clear a mistake was made and at no point did she apologize for the mixup. It is now 2:50 and I still have not been called. I would avoid coming here..

Had a very disappointing experience with this clinic recently. I was forced to cancel a recent appointment with my family physician due to an emergency. The receptionist who answered the phone could not have been more rude or uncaring if she tried. In addition to scolding me for calling to cancel, she threatened to charge next time and reminded me that I should have called a day in advance. After this experience, I will be finding a new family doctor.

Fantastic staff and wonderful Doctors. But extremely frustrated by the fact that I’m always early for my appointments, but have consistently had to wait upwards for 30 mins to see my GP past when I arrive for my scheduled time. I respect that the Doctor is busy and I respect other patients who need attention. But I do not feel that my time is respected. I have been made late for work and spent unneeded amounts of time waiting. I would appreciate a curtesy call / text when my doctor is running late. This was not the case at my previous family doctor’s office. My previous Doctor watched the clock to manage his time with me and if my concerns resulted in more time being needed he would reschedule me. I know not all Doctors are the same or that every clinic can be run this way. But I will be considering other family doctors in the area.

I realize processes & procedures are adjusted due to the recent events. Process to get in now is you must call first. After calling & indicating I was here. I was standing at the door & the front desk staff didn’t acknowledge me at the door. When one of them finally looked up, she made the action to call. I had already & I was waiting at the door. Rather bizarre system. Best we change the name ‘walk-in clinic’ maybe?

Have been seeing Dr. Bergh for years and he has served me and my family well. We've always felt him a competent doctor and had no issues with getting treatment and help/guidance when required. His bedside manner isn't his strongist attribute (not bad, just not a super chatty person), but I'm looking for a doctor not a friend so that hasn't bothered us.

Horrible experience. Told them I was getting frequent asthm attacks lately, still controlled via medication, but I have to take it too frequently (common occurrence with asthma). As I arrived at the front desk, they asked me the covid questions 5 times. Then I'm told they don't know if they can see me due to similarities with covid (it has no similarities as covid, I assure you covid is not treated with asthma inhalers). I'm Then put in a room, nurse comes back in and says doctor will have to call you. What in the world kind of treatment is this. The doctor calls like nothing has gone on. I tell him that he should just come in. He doesn't speak and tells me he will have to call me back. Nurse comes back in and says the doctor will not see me. HOW IS THAT OKAY? This is degrading.

I saw Dr. Biryani as a walk-in, perhaps as a patient of the doctors', ie; if you're a long term client,h tmay show you more kindness and respect. Incredibly unpleasant bedside manner. Condescending manner of questioning. I've never felt so spoken down to by a doctor. I actually left before my session had finished because I felt so invaded and disrespected. I hope they're able to take some bedside manner courses to improve. I would recommend going with another person so that you can have some support while the doctor speaks with you.

The gentleman receptionist made myself an other patient wait outside today until well after opening hours before he came to the door. Then he asked us to call the number on the door. Then he chatted on the phone for 10 Minutes even though he could see a line of people waiting before answering the first person in line’s phone call. At that time we had been waiting 30 minutes. At that point he bothered to tell us there was no Doctor at the office and there wouldn’t be for 2 hours. He then said that when the doctor does arrive there would be no room for walking. 30 MINUTES after the doctors office opened!!!You think he could have said that right at the beginning?!? Unbelievable. For someone in severe pain 30 minutes is a long time to wait to be told you’re not being seen. Worst service ever and what an excuse for a Doctors office! Do not go here!

I’m confused by other negative comments. It’s a walk in... you’re being squeezed in, in between regular patients, there is no way to predict how long that will take, the staff guesses and I appreciate their attempt to do so. If I don’t want to wait, I come at a different time or make an appointment. This clinic functions exactly as I expect a medical clinic that accepts walk ins to function. You chose to come as a walk in, so you wait, that’s how walk ins work. My family doctor is good as are the others I’ve seen as a walk in. I’d give five stars if when I was there didn’t feel the pressure of their schedule but understand that they have to make appointments to operate a business so I come back if needed. It’s new, so everything is clean still. Staff are nice.

Do not recommend this doctor to anyone! I visited him with severe dermatitis and he said that it's uncurrable and just gave a prescription for a cream. No tests, nothing.So, I asked him what could cause it, and he aswered nobody knows, maybe I ate too much processed meat)) I wonder how could've he passed his exams here.

Don't know if I just caught them short staffed but I went on a Saturday and they were squeezing the walk ins in between regular appointments. Had to wait 2.5hrs to see a doctor. I arrived about noon and even though they were open until 4:00 I was the last walk in they accepted - several people were turned away while I was waiting. Also I paid $35 for a doctor's note and it didn't even have the clinic contact information on it.

I walked 10 blocks to this clinic because it was opened on Saturday I started a new job doing renovations and the building is old and very dusty and got a nasal infection due to the dust and needed some antibiotics badly I had both my covid shots in February 2021 I walked in with my ID and proof of covid vaccination, and explained my situation and they told they couldn't let me see a doctor because of my problem and they didn't care what I had to say, I tried explaining that I had my covid shots and they just weren't interested and said absolutely no seeing a doctor. The only reason I got my covid shot is because my wife has M.S. and has a compromised immune system other than that I would not have gotten the covid shots and now with the response I got from this clinic I'm thinking the doctors don't even know if this vaccine works or they would've taken me in so I called an old friend and got my antibiotics illegally I'm never going to even try going back to this place and will definitely not recommend this place to family and friends knowing not matter what thier situation is they will have a bad experience and I wouldn't even think of putting them through that, also who ever does the responding on the reviews please don't! because I am not interested in any apologies or what you have to say.

Clean with friendly service. Waited approx 1 hour... no more than any other central walk in clinic I have been to. Would definitely try again. Update. Found new family doctor here. Doctors are nice, knowledgeable and seem to actually care. Service is quick.

Dr. Elkabir has been my physician for over 8 years now. He is an excellent doctor. He cares. He is thorough. He is very proactive. Also, he does not default to prescriptions - he only prescribes if it's needed. I would highly recommend him.

We visited their clinic today for the first time because my daughter was sick, The Secretary lady was respectful and nice but i was very surprised and shocked because the asian Dr. Dinh was very rude and disrespectful as she was yelling, when i ask her questions. She has bad attitude and very unprofessional when it comes to explaining things. Honestly I have been to so many different clinics and seen so many doctors before in calgary and all of them were very nice, helpful and respectful. I would never reccomend anyone to see her this Dr. Dinh lady.

The wait times even with appointments is personally bareable to me as I've experienced worse. Dr. Collins is such a wonderfully patient and professional doctor. Highly recommended. Actual office is clean and bright and well maintained with a pharmacy attached. Called them at 730pm on Thursday night because I wanted to come in for a walk-in the same night but was concerned about 9pm close. Reception said to come by 815pm and it should be fine. Drove 40 mins to get there by 810. Reception states that there are too many patients and I missed cutoff. The doc came in to ask her a question and she asked him can you take just one more to which he said “No look at all the patients.” Reception told me to book an appointment the next day but there’s no way I’m driving another 40 mins to come the next day if I can go to one near home. My condition got worse overnight.

Worst walk in clinic I’ve been to. Front desk tells you a 20 minute wait then proceeds to make you wait an hour to bring you into the room. Then they make you wait another half hour to have the doctor walk in all while they sit outside the door and chat about how their weekends were. Completely trash service

They can’t even keep track of who comes first. 3 walkins who checked in after me got to see the Doctor earlier. The waiting time quoted was 30 min to 1 hour and it took more than 2 hours. It happened twice to me here. Worst service. Better go to other walkins nearby.

The front staff were friendly, however the doctor (don't remember name) older, dark skinned lady seemed to be in a rush(odd considering there was no other patients). I told her I expected some sort of throat infection and possibly infected kidneys, I've had history with these so I know what they feel like. They took my temp with a thermometer that didn't even touch my skin, and then slightly touched my kidney area and took a 2 second look at my throat and told me there was nothing wrong. I was told to gargle salt water and to get a urine sample elsewhere and was sent on my way. Total waste of time. went to a different clinic right after because my pain level was unbearable, and turned out I did have a fever, tonsillitis and a kidney infection as suspected. They actually ran tests and prescribed antibiotics as needed. In all, Terrible experience here, will not be returning, would not recommend to anyone, it was a complete waste of time. as for the doctor I saw, she should be retiring or something as she had no interest or clue obviously in actually helping her patients.

Not very happy for this locations. pharmacy and medications is not following the new regulations of Alberta Health. They still kept closed the door and mask required signs on the door. they donot really care of the patient's convenient. when I came to the clinic , I had to knock the door to open the gate. they put a telephone number on the door but when we call they do not pick up the line. My interpretation is they are both pharmacy and medical clinic refusing the service to us by putting extra barrier.

I've been going to this clinic for two years, using appointments and walkins. Most of the time my wait is under 30 minutes, more than reasonable for any clinic. Large waiting room, always warm and comfortable.

The worst front desk ever!!! The doctors are knowledgeable, no complains. However, the front desk is absolutely unhelpful and disrespectful to the patient's time. They make coordinating between the doctor and the patient impossibly difficult. Even for scheduled appointments, they provide vague answers that leave the patient guessing. For telephone appointments the doctor and patient should not have to chase each other by applying guess work. It should be the front desk's job to simplify things for the doctor and their patient.

Dr. Dikeukw u was not very helpful. He essentially told me that there was nothing wrong and that I should come back if I was in pain. I then went to Sheldon Chumir. Even though I was there for four hours, they fixed my issue, and sent me home with a prescription for antibiotics. Next time, I would not bother with going to this clinic first.

very disappointing administrative staff, unhelpful and don't have proper training. Wasted so much time waiting for them to figure things out and it all ended with come back tomorrow. The lady on the phone told me to come in, when I came in the lady told me to call tomorrow. I left work early to deal with this and just wasted my time. They don't respect the patient's time and efforts to go there, just dismiss people and move on to the next. I am so frustrated right now I never want to go back there.

Hands down one of the best walk in clinics in the City. Dr.Dinh is outstanding. She is thorough and detailed in her Doctoring. She is amazing with my young son and patient. It cannot be easy having to see and diagnose as many people as they do and I have never felt rushed or unimportant. The front staff is extremely accommodating and professional. Every appointment has been right on time and last minute walk ins have always been easy. The office is bright, new and modern. Everyone here, in my experience has been outstanding, informative, and a huge help. I've recommended this place to many friends, and all have agreed the level of professionalism and short wait times makes them a top choice.
