Had to switch back to our previous family doctor, this clinic didn’t bother to call my husband even once for routine checkups through 2 years! we have to wait for about two weeks to book an appointment which is so inconvenient that we have to go to a walk in clinic or emergency. First time at the meet and greet we’ve been waiting at the front desk for about 10 min until the medical assistant finally showed up One time i was explaining i had a scabbed wound on my knee that a piece of cotton got stuck inside and skin healed over it which caused itching, dr. Ma didn’t bother to explain how to fix it or refere me to a dermatologist, she just wrote me an itching cream that won’t cure the scab or fix it permanently!

I have been a patient at Mahogany medical since the clinic has opened up, after all the great reviews I had heard about Dr. Premji. As a patient, I appreciated every minute she spent with me and my son. I have worked with many doctors in my career and Dr. Premji is one of best doctors I know. Being a female and mother herself, she is understanding regarding any women issues. She is very knowledgeable and will take her time to make sure that you are fully informed about your conditions. She is kind, compassionate and a strong advocate for her patient's overall wellbeing. There aren't enough words to describe how hardworking Dr. Premji and her team is. I have also been under the care of other physicians and healthcare professionals at her clinic including Dr. Jensen, Dr. Boyd and Janet. Each and every one of them are so knowledgeable and caring. She runs an amazing practice and I would recommend this clinic hands down any time.

I love going to this clinic, they booked all my prenatal appointments in advance. I am so thankful to have had Dr. Premji as my prenatal doctor. She went above and beyond and was very reassuring. I had complications with my pregnancy and she referred me right away. She also followed up with me throughout even if I had been transferred and completed all paperwork for my OB :)!

Doctor Jensen at Mahogany medical clinics has made me so comfortable after my first child. She's personable and nice and funny. She didn't make me feel like a number and took care of all my question while making me laugh and also telling me to lay off the sugar. The medical administrator Unilyn was very kind and was the one that told me that Dr. Jensen was looking for new patients. I'm forever grateful. I've been living in Calgary since 2015 and I missed my doctor from Toronto and Windsor Ontario so much. Each time I've been sick I felt like a number to these doctors in Calgary. During my pregnancy I just felt like I was given the wrong info and ended up calling my doctor in Toronto just to check in. I was going to give up and wait to fly home to.give my.daugher proper check ins. This sounds like a love letter so I'll stop here. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Having Dr. Ma teach and guide me throughout my weight management journey has been life changing. She is a wealth of knowledge, kind, a great supporter and truly takes the time to know and understand you and your needs. She has given me the advice and tools I need for continued success. Not only is she a fantastic doctor, she’s also an absolutely wonderful person! Very, very highly recommend her and this clinic.

I recently had a job interview for a nursing position at this clinic and I was thoroughly impressed with the atmosphere of collaboration, teamwork, and most notably, positivity at the clinic. The front desk Medical Office Assistants were warm and friendly and did a great job treating patients as valued individuals from the very moment each patient or family walked through the door. Vishal and Dr Premji were both so lovely, with stated values of respectful, collaborative care (although they really didn't have to mention their values; it was apparent in the way their staff, patients, and myself were treated in the short time I was in the clinic). After such an exceptional interview, I have to admit that I am thoroughly disappointed and regretful that the position will not be a good fit for me for personal reasons, but would absolutely recommend the clinic to anyone looking for a physician (or a job position!). Also of note: I really appreciated how sanitary and organized the entire clinic was, especially the waiting room, which can be difficult to keep clean.

I have been a patient of Dr.Premji's for approximately 7 years. I cannot express what an incredible doctor and woman she is. She is extremely thorough, always investigates until she finds a diagnosis to help remedy. She is very warm, sincere and will not treat you as just a patient but an actual friend. I never wait long in her waiting room, her clinic is beautiful, clean and offers amazing hours for my hectic schedule. Dr. Premji goes above and beyond a standard doctor, she always follows up with me even if it's 8 pm after putting her baby to sleep. Dr. Premji's staff is outstanding, they always answer the phones and greet you in person with a smile and genuine attitude. Amberly her receptionist went above and beyond to help me book a CT scan that I was rather anxious about, she kept fighting and pushing for me and made it happen with an extremely genuine and compassionate approach. I honestly cannot fully put into words how grateful I am for Dr. Premji and her outstanding staff!

This is a fantastic clinic! The physicians and staff are professional, kind, knowledgeable and always go above and beyond. Appointments are always started on time. During my pregnancy, Dr Premji has been amazing with mine and my little one’s care and patiently answered the many questions that I’ve had. Janet also provided breastfeeding support, advice and was so helpful. My husband and I are so happy and very grateful, and would highly recommend this clinic!

I truly cannot say enough great things about this clinic as well as the village medical. I saw Dr. Premji for my prenatal care and see Dr. Kope as our family physician. The care my family and myself have received is the absolute best I have ever experienced. Both doctors are extremely caring, compassionate, and empathetic and of course extremely knowledgeable. I could not ask for better doctors in the world. I consistently remind myself of how luckily and blessed we are to have them as our doctors, I truly believe they are the best in the world. Both clinics are beautiful and all of the staff are amazing and friendly! So so so blessed to have such wonderful care!

If I could give this clinic more than 5 I would. Incredibly wonderful staff that take the time to get to know you. They way they treat you is incredible. Never have I seen an entire practice like this. Calgary needs more doctors and more clinics like this
