My family doctor moved to this clinic and I moved with her because she’s a gem. However the receptionist staff aren’t very nice and I have even been laughed at me before while trying to make appointments. It’s extremely unprofessional and makes me uncomfortable booking appointments with my one family doctor.

Doctors there are great but sometimes the receptionists never answer the phones. Had to call back at least over 2 times to book an appointment

Dr. Barnert is excellent, she genuinely cares about her patients. I am a previous patient of hers and left to start seeing a doctor only a couple minute walk from my house - huge mistake. Thankfully I kept my daughter under Dr. barnerts care

Very rude! Im still asking about how to set an new appointment and the telephone operator just kept saying thank you thank you. Never overtalk to anyone you almost asked me to shut up. She has a british accent. You are very rude!!!!!

Wish I could disagree with reviewers about the reception staff. When you call in, talk fast and know exactly what you're asking for, or risk being transferred or impatiently cut off mid-sentence. Other than that, my family doctor is fantastic and so are the others I've seen at this clinic.
