I can’t even express how upset I am. It’s very sad that clinics and doctors like these still exist! First of all, you have to wait for a doctor for at least half an hour in a room. Which is upsetting because I’m a busy person. But that’s all tolerable. What upsets me is a complete ignorance and incompetence of Dr. Egbagbe. I’m a pregnant woman and we found out that one of my hormones is insanely low, almost zero, which made me very concerned about the health of my baby, because my body could just abort it... The doctor was very ignorant and unsympathetic, just “dropping the bomb” and trying to leave as fast as possible (probably to see someone else, you know how they get paid based on the number of patients they serve). I told her that we also have an ultrasound results to go through, after which she just read what was written on a form by a radiologist from Mayfair. Didn’t give any comments on that. I also asked whether I need to see any other specialists regarding my pregnancy, and she said “none that I’m aware of”. Very knowledgeable specialist???????? After i insisted, she told me that I have to book another appointment to discuss that!!! This is a person that doesn’t care about her patients, has no knowledge, and cares only about her paycheck. Today I called the receptionist to ask her to send me my new blood check results. She refused to do that stating that I need to talk to the doctor first. I said that I’m not interested in talking to her anymore and not going to use their services. However, I needed my results that were really important for my pregnancy ASAP. She said that she’ll have to ask the doctor for a permission. I said ok, and asked her to call me back if there is a problem because I need the results NOW. It’s been 3 hours and I haven’t received anything, no results, and no call either. Avoid this clinic if you care about your health. Especially pregnant women!! I went to another clinic and they did their best for me and I’m very happy.

After reading multiple reviews online, I was a bit skeptical about visiting the clinic but honestly, I had a great experience. The receptionist was friendly, polite and very accommodating. The doctor was so easy to talk to; she took her time to give explanations where needed. I will definitely continue making use of their services. The location is also a plus for me.

Great location, staff is friendly and the physician( Dr Osato) is very knowledgeable and thorough. Also the biggest plus is no waiting time for appointments. Previous family doctor had to wait a week to get in an appointment. Here its quick!

On Feb 8, 2021, the doctor in this clinic who identifies as Egbagbe refused me healthcare because I'm medically unable to wear a mask. I ask the doctor to, once again, look into exemptions for "face covering requirements, including, in s. 26(c) of CMOH Order 04-2021, as amended or replaced, under the Public Health Act (Alberta), and s. 4(b) of City of Calgary Bylaw 26M2020."

This is a truly disgusting office. Feels dirty inside The staff is incredibly unfriendly For a strange reason the receptionist stated the same thing 6 times before I left the office. Very simple. I asked a question. She said I needed my doctor's history transferred to them at the downtown clinic. She said we're going to have a problem and repeated herself a half dozen times like she was a robot caught in a repeat loop. I'd have fired her on the spot if I was her manager hearing that unintelligible conversation.

This is new opened clinic. However they’re are alway overbooked and understaffed. To book an appointment you have to be put on hold for 5-10 minutes. Waiting in the room to see the doctor also takes around 10-20 minutes.

I went to this clinic twice and both times I got to see the doctor exactly on the time it was scheduled. In other clinics I've visited I always had to wait at least 10 min or sometimes 20 min for my appointment. And their online booking system works very well too. The response is very quick so it's really convenient to book an appointment. The front staff is friendly. Dr. Osato Egbagbe is professional and assured. She made me feel that my issues would be taken care of and no need to worry. I have registered in this clinic and will visit again if I had any problems.

The bad reviews you can find about this place are correct. As well as the bad ones you can find on ratemds.com. I agree with those. I was told last year that I would get a referral for a specialist to get help with my medical issues. I still haven’t heard or seen anything. I didn’t like the way I was treated (the receptionist was nice though) and the doctor wanted me to take medication that would have worsened my symptoms. I work with health research and diagnostics and on top of that I know what the cause of my medical issues are from years of trying to figure that out. Even so, I left the clinic without a prescription for what I needed. Even if I had gotten the prescription, I still had a bad experience.

Horrible experience. No COVID-19 protocols to follow (except for the masks that we all know) the receptionist wore hers on the neck. I was there to have stitches removed and the “doctor” asked me if I was sure the wound was heal. Shouldn’t she know the answer? When she removed the stitches didn’t even get rid of them properly. She just took removed them and throw them wherever. She finally left and didn’t even tell me how to take care of the wound. She literally just left the room leaving everything behind including me on the table. It was bad really bad.
