The doctors are good, but the receptionists are SUPER unprofessional! Watching inappropriate YouTube videos loudly, talking about their weekends so everyone can hear and ignoring patients.

I have been coming to this clinic for over 10 years, and I am so lucky to have stumbled across Dr. Farhat as he basically changed my life for the better! I highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable, takes his time with his patients and always makes sure that they are well taken care of. He deserves 10 stars, but since Google will only allow 5, this will have to do.

This clinic has been great for my health. They have several doctors rotating through for quick care, but if you want your specific doctor, it's always no problem. They are always able to get me in on the day I call for an appointment. I feel this clinic offers a great balance between express-medical when I just need a prescription refill or know whats wrong, and more time based care when I don't.

I would give the doctors 5 star. I have been seeing one doctor for my baby and my wife was with another doctor throughout her pregnancy and our experience with both of the doctors have been amazing. However, there is one particular receptionist there who apparently hates her job and her life too and she makes sure whoever comes in, gets to know that. There are other receptionists and they are all good but this particular one is just horrible. Someone needs to let her know that not maintaining eye contact while talking to someone is considered rude and smirking, eye rolling are even the worst. She is the one with a Hijab and I am not proud of her to be associated with my faith with this kind of rude behaviour and attitude. So one start for her and 5 for the doctors and the rest of the staff

Usually they can book you in pretty quick and at a good time. Don't want to leave positive review because then the place would get busier. Dr Farhat is great. Got me fixed up in no time.

I can't comment on the doctors, but awful experience with reception. I had no appointment but they advertise as a walk in clinic so l thought I'd be okay. Reception said 35 minute wait for walk in. I waited patiently, after an hour and 45 minutes I followed up. They said appointments are first and it will be a very long time still. When I asked how long they couldn't tell me so I left. Unless you have a day to waste, I'd never recommend this place for a walk in.

Been going to the clinic for almost two years, and had to stop after having multiple terrible experiences, I knew it was time to look elsewhere. Dr. Elesin is not very knowledgeable, and does not go into great lengths to answer your questions. Instead of being a good doctor and addressing everything, she will shut you down and say you are paranoid unless there is some solid proof. Example, she prescribed me birth control and after having several side effects she did not do anything until it was physical. She was not concerned that it was affecting my mood and everything else, until I was receiving thick blood clots. I initially reached out to Dr. Elesin due to irregular bowel movements that consisted of blood, and a little over three years later I have never received a phone call for a follow up that she said would happen. She has also lied to me about doing a pap test before inserting an IUD, as when I went to a new doctor there was no record and I even called the line to double confirm. When getting blood work done as well, she never explained the overly high levels unless I came back with questions. I think it would be important to tell a patient that their liver enzymes are extremely high and to look into it and take further testing. Rather than getting the patient come back and fourth with several problems that later explains liver disease that could have been easily revealed earlier. The receptionists are also rude and unprofessional. I booked an appt with receptionist to see a counsellor when I was experiencing issues, but when I returned a couple days after booking the appt, they said that I was never scheduled, despite them telling me they will see me on that date and time.

Dr Aslam is a top notch physician and I couldn’t have anything bad to say about him. The lack of stars is for his two receptionists - they are stuck up, rude, self entitled, elitist and snarly. Every time I am in there I am talked to rudely, stared at like I am a criminal - honestly it is depressing.

I was given TWO medications I am allergic to and now am stuck with arthritis that can lay 4 months and no answers as to where to go from here or what to do. Can barely walk, don’t fit into my own shoes my feet are so swollen and my rings are done because my knuckles are so big. I had to have 5 different appointments with this clinic and none of them were of any use for just a small skin issue. Don’t go here it wasn’t safe for me clearly. Now almost two months later still with arthritis and needing to find a new family doctor and heading to emerg again. I am 25.

I have been to this clinic many times, both as a walk-in and family doctor. They are amazing! They're very friendly and I've never had to wait more than 10 mins to see a doctor. I highly recommend them, they are my favourite clinic in Calgary!

I have only been treated with respect and consideration by reception and Dr Elysin. She has been thorough regarding my care. I have recommended others see her and have very positive feedback from their experiences. She doesn't leave questions unanswered and follows up when she says she will. I feel safe in her care.

Receptionists were very helpful and kind, I did not wait more that 5 minutes for the doctor. However they have the rudest doctor I have ever met. I had swelling under my eye and he just accused me of doing something different that cussed it, didnt listen that I had not changed anything about my life before this happened. Very rude, condiscending, and just wanted to shove me out the door.

My good friend starting seeing Dr Elyison shortly after she found out she was pregnant. The doctor's education is highly questionable, she could not give a straight answer and frequently avoided answering questions. Really stressful experience for a first time mother. Would NOT recommend.

The Eaton Medical clinic made us an appointment within 30 minutes of calling them. Dr. Surani was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and offered to follow-up on head injury symptoms. Highly recommend this clinic, thank you to the staff for your help and care.

New to this center 1:15 appoinment 1:05 arrived 1:30 still waiting in lobby along with 11 other people 1:45 inside a smaller "victim" room 2:00 still no sign of any doctor.

Dr. Aslam is awesome. He's very knowledgeable, friendly, and seems to really care about his patients. His receptionists though are unprofessional, rude, and sometimes ignore patients altogether while they are gossiping to each other.

I've had nothing but great experiences with this clinic on all occasions. I find walk-in clinics are generally of poorer quality, wait times, consistency but have had no such issues here. Very convenient and the doctor follows up and takes serious potential issues.

Dr. Aslam is very knowledgeable and helpful. Always does thorough testing to find out the root of the problem. They had a horrible receptionist there, but I didn't see her there last time I went to the clinic, so hopefully they replaced her by someone more friendly.

Dr. Surani and Dr. Elesin are great but unfortunately the ladies they choose to represent them are god awful. Always rude, do the bare minimum , can't offer anything really, roll their eyes and make you feel like a burden for wanting an update on your health. Surani is in a different building now and everyone there is great. Called CORE to get that phone number and they gave me the wrong one 3 times. Incredible to think these girls have any kind of education or experience with human interaction at all.

The rudest receptionist ever! She represents the clinic in a horrible way.. customer service skills? None! Smile even fake? None! She doesn't even care for using her personal cell phone in front of the customers.. doctors are great but receptionist should quit this job if hates it so much..

The only thing that is good about this clinic is that you can get an appointment on very short notice. Otherwise, this place is poorly managed. I have been waiting on results for weeks. Last week when I called to follow up, they said the results were in and Dr. Elesin would call. I just called again to follow up and got the same response. The poor customer service makes this a very frustrating place.

receptionist does not understand her job, doesn't know what she is doing which makes for booking with DR take longer. The DR don't take time with you to explain things especially when you are just going through your first pregnancy cause me to do more blood work and send for things that weren't required. The Dr is very nice but if you dont know what questions to ask, you wont get any help. my recommendations would be less double booking and take more time with clients.

He's a great doctor and he's done wonderful results with our health. We recommended him to some friends and they all the same thing about him. Best family doctor in town.

Reception never answers the phone. Saw the same Dr twice for an infection. The diagnosis, and prescription was useless and ended up in the ER.

Dr Surani was very kind and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable getting my procedure completed. Prices are amazing for medical aesthetics. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodated me quickly for an appointment. I wish I found Dr Surani sooner. Excited to return!

Worst and lazy receptionist. My family did paper work to register family doctor and handed over all paper and agreement that can see medical history, BUT they never update those information in it. They have NO idea what we were there and registered And Never excuse. This is only about receptionist!!

The doctors are fine and they have good availability but receptionist is pretty rude...even heard her complaining under her breath (saying "oh my god" in an annoyed tone that sounded like it was accompanied by an eye roll) when I asked to changed the appointment time, though I called 10min after I made the appointment as soon as I realized I needed to change the time due to transit delays not in my control.

I have been a patient of this clinic for about 2 years, seeing Dr. Aslam. Dr. Aslam is no longer in this clinic, and I was assigned a new doctor. Following my first visit, I will not be returning. The physician asked me "what are you here for?" so I told him it was for a refill of a medication I had been taking for approximately 18 months. He then told me he would provide me a 30 day prescription and indicated he would not provide me with anymore until he reviews my history, but not today because he is very busy. He also made a comment that I should not be performing my occupation given my symptoms. He simply asked my role, and I provided him a very generic response, however he still felt it was appropriate to comment. Zero Professionalism.

The doctor in this clinic didn't ask me anything before I came in to the room. And he told me he can't do my test once I came into the room. This process take me 5 mins and 60 dollars. Thanks to them.
