I see Dr fadhil Ali I always get seen right away i think the longest ive waited was half hr but thats prettt rare and the staff are always super nice to me and my son I go in and he listens to my concerns and runs the tests I ask for. He is a genuine man who is actually concerned if I'm feeling ok. Whatever I'm worried about he will look into and actually checked my history about being at the hospital and what was wrong there before he came into the room to chat with me so he already was up to date on my current history. Plus I was able to get a same day appoiment! I would recomend Dr fadhil Ali

Dr. Ali has been my family doctor for 5 years. He is friendly, efficient and he genuinely cares. The receptionists are knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this doctors office to anyone, either for walk in services or for a family doctor. Wait times are never too long and it’s easy to book an appointment. It’s also handy to have the blood clinic in the same building!

I moved to Calgary 5 years ago and since then I have seen Dr. Bohorquez. He is always kind and a good listener. At one point he referred me to an specialist because an old ankle surgery screws were bothering me and I was complaining about this pain for three years to my former family doctor. Today, I called and noticed a new front staff which needs to be more kind on the phone so I supposed she needs customer service training which I believe will come soon. Cheers

Horrible experience, The doctor didnt listen to me at all, didnt give me a diagnosis (yet wrote it down on the wcb form for something that may not even be work related, ), didnt care when I told him I couldn't afford the certain medication (had it before, insurance has a copay, didnt even acknowledge that I can't just kinda grunted and prescribed it anyways). This was the worst experience I've had at a clinic in a very long time. Never going back there and will never reccomend this clinic.

The staff at Chinook Medical are always friendly and helpful. I have been seeing Dr. Ali for several years and I highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable and I really appreciate his direct responses to my questions and concerns.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I hate going to appointments, especially doctors, mostly because I am always a few minutes early, just in case they are actually ready, and they are always so late. Last time I was here I waited 25 minutes to be seen, with a doctors appointment booked way ahead of time. Today I have been waiting for 15 minutes. And I'm sure it will be longer. Why book appointments if they aren't ready on time? I will never understand this.

Amazing service and knowledgeable doctors. My 4 month old baby started hysterically crying suddenly which scared me to my bones. Took him to the clinic right away and they were beyond amazing. The staff was very nice and welcoming as well as the doctors made sure to check my son thoroughly to make sure nothing was wrong with him and reassured me throughout the process. I moved to Calgary not too long ago and have been on the search for a good family doctor. Dr. Bohorquez is a phenomenal doctor and is so kind during every interaction. He deals with stress so well and does the best job reassuring his patients and explaining what is going on with his patients so thoroughly.

Dr. Thenesh has been our family doctor for more than a year now. Every time we go to him for a visit I feel how lucky we are to have such a wonderful family doctor. I use Dr. Ali as my GP and he's been a great doctor for me so far. Usually a little late to appointments, though I haven't ever had a doctor who was frequently punctual, so I suppose that's just normal for the profession. The reception staff is also quick and efficient, and has always been able to get me scheduled in quickly, so kudos to them.

I have been to Dr. Attalla for a year now on at least 4 occasions. He is a compassionate doctor with a reassuring smile. I have not had any issues with his care. Courteous staff. In terms of his background, he has trained as a psychiatrist back home. Here, he is a family doctor with extra training in addictions. A pleasure to have him as my family doctor.

Love this clinic, found them out of fluke and now been going for at lease 4 years. I see Dr. Mahmood Al Rubaiee for regular visit and also saw Dr Charlene Lindon when I was pregnant. Both doctors are awesome and super attentive.

I had to do a walk-in last minute as my family doctor was unavailable and I'm glad I ended up here. The front desk were professional, facility clean and quiet, and the doctor who saw me (Dr. Alfredo Bohorquez) was friendly and helpful.

Walk in Dr I seen was horrible. Wouldn't listen to what I was telling him and gave me a prescription for something I don't even have. Don't go here they just want you to leave and be done quickly. Careless doctor.

Never going here again. The actual clinic that I am a patient at was closing sooner than I could get there so I had to resort to going here. I came in with a debilitating ear infection which felt like a hot knife going through my ear drum as well as other flu symptoms. When I was finally seen by the walk in doctor (middle eastern man) I told him my concerns. Despite him knowing about the pain in my ear he was still talking obscenely loud and wouldn’t listen to what I had to say. I mentioned to him that I am prone to ear infections and told him that my GP prescribed me antibiotic ear drops, he replied with “I don’t believe in drops”. When I asked him another question and he flat out laughed at me. When I asked for a doctors note all that was written was “Natalia was here today”. I paid $30 for a piece of paper that told my employer where I was. Nothing excusing me from missing work, none of that. Not only was the doctor inconsiderate, he was also rude, and didn’t care about me as a patient. Go somewhere else. They don’t care about you.

Dr Rahmani is by far the best family Dr Ive ever had. Very caring, always listens. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the one time that Dr Rahmani was absent, I saw the other older middle eastern man that works there. I came in so upset with a lot of pain, days after giving birth. He did absolutely nothing except tell me the female reproductive system is "like a dirty pipe, you just have to keep drinking water and running water through it". I walked out so humiliated and upset, still in excruciating pain. I wouldn't let either my mother or baby's father go back in because they were so angry with him and his insensitive and (quite frankly disgusting) comment.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Tenesh for a few years now and have been very impressed with how thorough he is. He’s very knowledgeable and helpful and genuinely cares about the wellbeing of his clients. The front end staff are also very kind and personable. Best medical support I’ve come across.

Dr. Ali is my Doctor and he is always a great help for me when I need him . I book my appointment and always they welcome me with a smile even if some times I show up little bit late .
