If I could give them zero stars I would. Never has a receptionist been so rude over the phone. I called in half an hour before close and immediately stated that I had never been there before but I was looking to come in for a prescription for antibiotics. The receptionist did not listen to anything I said so she asked me to repeat what I said so I asked how I would go about seeing a doctor again saying I was a new client and that I had already seen that they were closing very soon. She then advises that it’s too late today but she can book an appointment for me for tomorrow. She then asks for my phone number and I assume after trying to put it in the computer it was then she realized what I had already said which was that I had never been there before so she asked if I had and again I stated that I had not. She then quickly stated that they weren’t accepting new patients and proceeded to hung up on me as I was trying to respond. Never have I been treated so poorly by a receptionist, let alone one at a medical clinic when you’re trying to see a doctor for help. Awful awful awful service.

Such bad and awful experience, I would like to give 0 star if I can, never see such rude receptionist ever, she is a bad bad bad receptionist, she should be fired !!!!! Never have I been treated so poorly by a receptionist, let alone one at a medical clinic when you’re trying to see a doctor for help. Awful awful awful service.
